“I came to the site solely to buy the pink pineapple however after seeing their promotional offer (spend $89 or more and get it for free) I was so excited for my tropical fruit variety box to arrive! It took a little longer than expected to ship out but once it did, it arrived fast. The only issue I encountered: they sent the wrong kind of bananas (manzano instead of red cluster) and a dragonfruit was damaged. However after easily chatting with them online, a replacement box was sent and the issue rectified successfully! Very impressed overall with my experience. And the fruit? TO DIE FOR! You’ve earned one happy customer 🍌🥑🥭🍈🧡💚💜♥️💙”

“They sent me the first Box, FedEx messed it up by delaying delivery. I called and complained. Tropical Fruit Box sent me another Box at NO COST. Thank you so much Tropical Fruit Box. I enjoyed my SOURSOP and PINEAPPLE. I’m coming back for MORE.”

“I just received my box and I could not be happier! I ordered the medium Passion Fruit box with the complementary pink pineapple. The passion fruits were large and firm and the pineapple was sweet. The packaging was very professional and meant to keep the fruit from damage while shipping and cool. “AMAZING! I'm from an island called Zanzibar and we have the best rambutan and ever since I moved to Houston it just did not taste right from the international store and Chinese store even, but my rambutan from tropical box was deliciously juicy and was maybe even better than the one back home! Great experience. I will definitely be shopping more once more fruits I like are in stock!”

“Amazing fruits and customer service. We appreciate being able to enjoy tropical fruits in the cold conditions of MI winter and actually order all year around. Not only are the fruits fresh and flavourful, the staff is friendly, supportive, responsive and so helpful with selections and service. In one of the several orders we have made, we received a partially damaged shipment due to handling by the Carrier. We sent some photos and were pleasantly surprised with a replacement box of the heavenly Haitian mangoes. Throughout, the Tropical team members stayed connected with apologies, updates and promise of quality and replacement. We are very impressed with the fruits and such pleasant customer service. Will continue to order and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Tropical Team for this business concept and terrific service!”

“I bought the tropical box for my boyfriend's birthday. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Our box got lost by fedex but customer service sent me a fresh new one! Our favorite fruit was the pink pineapple for sure! I had 2 pieces of fruit broken, fedex sucks, and customer service had the replacements sent out the same day!”
