“Had a number of reviews removed for 'breaching guidelines' where there was little to no text. When I asked for clarification as to why they said a whole lot of nothing. The first one i had noticed which was on an old review and was 8 words long (not sure how much room for error there could have been). I had been using Trustpilot as my source of truth for verified reviews, but I have lost all confidence after 50% of my reviews have been removed. Only the negative reviews i might add. Great for companies to use as another advertising platform, not so great for customers searching for unbiased reviews.”
