“I want to give a little tips how I got my FICO score to 795 last month from as low as 420, due to Covid19 I got a setback on my payments owing to medical bills and some negative items on credit report, my world started falling apart because I wanted to rent a home and take some loans and I couldn’t. I kept looking for someone who could help fix my credit score, until August this year when I saw positive reviews about SKYPLUS760 CREDIT SOLUTION through a college whom they had worked for. They boosted my credit in 7 days and remove all negative and also restored my dignity. I was able to get a loan and pay for a new home. As I speak am writing from my new home now, you can contact them via: Skyplus760 Credit Solution At Gmail Dot Com cheers…”
“I posted a review on Trust Pilot about Yodel and the really bad experience I had with them. Then Trust Pilot integrity team contacted me to say they had taken down my review as it was a truthfully review. I have forwarded them the relevant information and now they won't reply to me. I then posted a review about them on there site and they have taken that down surprise surprise. The moral of the story, dont Trust Trust pilot.”
“I have written an honest review of Just My Look company and their poor customer service. I was asked by Trustpilot to provide evidence that I was a real customer. I provided email exchanges, order confirmation and screenshot of despatch. Still Trustpilot says this does not qualify as evidence of my experience and removed my feedback. I have asked if they check the 5* ratings in the same way, but of course no response. If companies do pay Trustpilot for the service then it is clear where their allegiance will ultimately sit.
Won’t bother with them again. Maybe use Google as these are not removed”
“My first and only review here warning people about a company that scammed me was taken down a week later by the "integrity team". They failed to give me a good reason for taking it down and when I tried to ask the support people the reason they couldnt really give me an answer and referred me back to the 'integrity team,'. My trust now in this organisation is at an all time low and it appears that this organisation seems to be colluding with criminals rather than helping the general public in trying to determine if a company is a genuine one or a scam. I would also be careful as the reviews on this website may not be all genuine as the criminal enterprises that use it put up their own good 5 star reviews in order to cheat more people from their money. I will not be using their website again neither will I be wasting my time in putting up any more reviews here as they seem to be siding with criminals rather than the good of the general public as a whole. And please dont fall for this scam of an organisation and dont trust all the good reviews here especially if they had been written within hours or days of each other.”
“The word Trust should be removed. I wrote a very factual review from ERG Facilities Limited in Southend and Trust Pilot have removed it as a scam. How will honest customers on here ever know what sort of frauds this company are. They steal money from your bank account and do NO work at all. Trust pilot say they have detected unusual behaviour with their software and have removed my reviews. Shameful from BOTH companies.”
“Trust Pilot full of fake positive reviews for paying retailers!
Eg; T.V advert selling men’s underwear called Step One who no one has ever heard of has more reviews than British Airways, who have over 40 million customers a year.....who reviews pants? really?
Eg2; Sykes Holiday Cottages received over 5,000 positive reviews when they were closed due to COVID restrictions, yet had complaints to trading standards about not issuing refunds.
Strange how the fake customers are only leaving reviews for the paying companies.
People can see clearly how fake Trust Pilot is. Just get rid of this disgraceful platform!!”
“I have written a negative review about Racing breaks and asked to provide evidence that I was a real customer which I did . It was removed.
My understanding is that businesses pay trustpilot hence they are in the driving seat.
Maybe Martin Lewis or trading standards should get involved
I suggest using Google as these are not removed”
“Everyone knows that Trustpilot removes any negative experiences or encounters with companies reviewed as they are paid to curate them - funny when the name says Trust in it, it is the last thing you should eg. easyJet airlines, absolutely the last airline to fly on and going bust (bottom of the pile including the people that work there, majority of them)”
“I’ve been trying and trying to publish a genuine bad review and every time it is removed claiming software removes fake reviews and evidence needed. Why are good reviews not treated in same way. Please can all reviews be down whether good or bad - thanks”
“Load of rubbish they only choose what they want on there, I left several reviews that the email me back after saying because you did not respond to them it’s classed as fake.. or maybe I just don’t want a debate and have time I said my onest opinion that should be it.. there’s also loads of fake good reviews and if you look at trust pilots reviews they delete all the nagar I’ve to look good there a bunch of jokers and the whole thing is a waste of time”
“To me, A bunch of shysters who filter out bad reviews. Every low star I have left has been removed by them. Example. toolstation- just bought 1 piece of 8mm studding, on inspection of thread I wish I hadn't! Removed, even toolstation baffled!”
“Trustpilot is baised to reviewers, I have made review for my experience with travel company and it was removed by the trustpilot. I believe a lot positive reviews are fake. I have no trust in trustpilot.”
