“Trustpilot have recently removed several of my reviews despite having evidence as thorough as ombudsman correspondence upholding complaints. They seem to be happy to support the discrimination of disabled people so I'm gathering evidence for BBC watchdog! Utterly dispicable organisation”

“I recently had a concerning experience with Trustpilot's review removal process, specifically regarding my review of Server.pro. After taking the time to share my feedback and insights on the platform, I was shocked to discover that my review had been flagged and subsequently removed without any prior notice or attempt to verify its authenticity. The lack of communication and transparency in Trustpilot's approach was deeply disappointing. As a user who values honesty and fairness in online reviews, I expected a more thorough investigation before my review was taken down. The blanket statement claiming inability to verify authenticity without reaching out for further clarification only added to my frustration. I believe that every reviewer deserves the right to be heard and understood. Trustpilot's failure to engage with me to gather more information or provide an opportunity to validate my review raises concerns about the platform's commitment to integrity and user trust. I urge Trustpilot to reevaluate their review moderation process, prioritize open communication with users, and ensure a fair and thorough assessment of reviews before making unilateral decisions. “Absolute shambles. They remove negative reviews for no reason then make you jump through hoops to reinstate them. Notice how they NEVER remove positive reviews. Contacting trading standards about them what they are doing is illegal”

“Trustpilot, the worst app!! I wrote about the negative and fraudulent actions of the Russian bookmaker MEGAPARI, and they did not want and do not want to publish my review. They will publish only positive reviews of this Russian bookmaker. They are obviously paid by this Russian bookmaker!! Big scam is Trustpilot app !! I sent all the communication between me and MEGAPARI, everything they wanted to verify my game account, that the methods of this betting office are non-standard and Trunspilot didn’t publish my reviews anyway!!”

“Scammers use trustpilot to blackmail small companies with crypto or else they give many fake 1 star reviews. Trustpilot does not remove these bad reviews! Trustpilot should be sued by several companies for loss of revenue all over years these reviews are up!”

“It's clear trustpilot is a platform being paid by scam companies to keep good fake reviews and remove reviews that are saying the truth. A reminder. 4 years ago we were scammed by a company with reviews on trustpilot. Upon writing how we were scammed,trustpilot removed that review. Only to learn from our lawyer and police that the so called company had scammed so many people yet trust pilot were removing any reviews that tried to depict the truth about the scam company. In simple. Trust pilot is a platform that supports and protects scam companies. I wonder how much they get paid to remove the "honest bad reviews" while promoting fake "good reviews.and more people will become victims of those companies being supported by trustpilot”

“Hi there, we would consider ourselves long serving reviewers that have always tried our best to look out for the consumer. We aren't affiliated with any form of institution, body or corporation, we're simply serial renovators that have spent an awful lot of our time and money purchasing products online and aim to look out for people like us as well as rely on the experience of others when dealing with new suppliers. Over the years we have seen trust pilot crash from being a useful resource to becoming a negative force that promotes scammers and hides the voices of those who seek to help the consumer. They are a reviews for money service that actively supports known scammers. The idea that they providing Trusted reviews is, quote frankly, a disgrace. We hope that they are investigated, shut down and a replaced by an institution that genuinely represents the consumer.”

“This site is a joke now. I reviewed an awful company that had many other people complaining about their service as it was awful. less than a day later, they email me demanding to know who I dealt with, when I dealt with them, where, digital proof and all kinds of demands before they remove it. I assume the company told them too and there is a reason they are willing to do this, one that probably compromises the integrity of other reviews.”

“Trustpilot keep deleting our positive reviews but they never delete the negative reviews. They claim that the positive reviews are fake, despite us providing evidence that the customer has been using our services for four years and has placed more than 160 orders with us. We've submitted screenshots of the tickets where we asked the customer to give us a review, along with screenshots of his orders and payment,essentially, everything. They still insist that the review is fake, even though the customer has been a paying client for four years.”

“Trustpilot are totally "untrustworthy" they purposely obstruct any negative reviews despite being supplied with evidence. I recently had two very bad experiences with two seperate traders and posted 100% factual reviews with supporting evidence but had them removed once the traders complained. Trustpilot then just send repeated generic replies to my queries asking why it had been removed. They use the same text in every response so they either stick to a script or its a computer replying. They have no credibility as far as I'm concerned. They are heavily biased in favour of their fee paying clients and are not the neutral fair platform they claim to be.”

“I left a negative review of a company who has continued to complain to Trustpilot about it. Trustpilot reached out for me and I sent them proof that I was a customer of this company. They accepted it and verified my review. 2 weeks later. They have had another complaint through, and I have to go through the exact same verification process all over again. Utterly stupid, pointless, corrupt company that allows companies to harass reviewers.”

“Extremely disappointed with Trustpilot for allowing fraudulent companies to prey on innocent consumers. I paid for a service that was never delivered, and when I tried to leave an honest review on Trustpilot, it was removed without explanation. It's clear that Trustpilot cares more about protecting its bottom line than protecting consumers from scams. I will never trust this website again, and I urge others to beware of its deceptive practices. Trustpilot is a sham that prioritizes profit over people. Shame on them!”
