“Far too expensive after taking over McConnels in Thameside. Indeed, they’ve removed the Medivet signage and re-replaced it with the original McConnels! Says a lot really. Lost a boat load of custom and Vets have actually walked away. Good luck Medivet, you’ve priced yourself out of the market through pure greed and lost a lot of loyal customers. Goodbye!”

“My son passed away on November 16th and I tried to no avail to get in touch with love holidays for a refund on our holiday which was booked for 27th November. I couldn't get hold of anyone no matter how hard I tried. I contacted the hotel and they said they couldn't refund me because I didn't book direct with them and used love holidays. We usually go to the same hotel in Benidorm in Nov and Feb. I am left annoyed because I feel robbed. Someone just said on Facebook where people are complaining about love holidays to complain on here and you get a response. My mother and step daughter also tried to help me but it was useless.”

“I've been banned for complaining about my local mecca bingo club, I resolved the matter myself with the manager, but according to their bot I was identified as a scammer. I post 5 reviews a month if that. If I were a scammer I'd be posting 100s. The bot is flawed, I told trustpilot that the bot doesn't pick up on racist or homophobic comments on their site. They only want 5 star reviews.”

“They suspended my account and deleted all my hardworking reviews that could save a lot of money and time to protect people from scams, lies, incapable people without reason. They didn't answered for me for half year why!!!”

“Trustpilot have removed half my genuine reviews, even if I provide then with proof of purchase. Then if you ask them why, they lie that they can't verify it's true, when I gave them the account number of the company I was reviewing on the review form. They should be sued for having the word Trust in the name. Glad there are other websites to review them”

“A breading ground of fake reviews, it removes genuine reviews and protects the scam business not consumers! It cant be trusted! Gave me 3 days to prove evidence of a link to the business as long as it wants to reply!”

“Trustpilot removed my fair and honest review without a notice justifying the action that was breaching their guidelines. I reviewed them and was not the case in any way or form. Trustpilot is not an impartial review bank to trust. they remove the reviews what don't satisfy their clients and for this reason they should be avoided completely. should rename themself NotSoMuchTrustpilot.”

“Left a review on a unsatisfactory treatment from a business over a year ago (turns out the business has shockingly low ratings anyway). Then the business wanted proof of my experience all that time ago. I no longer had it so Trustpilot took the review down at the request of the business. This shouldn't happen more that a year after the experience and review. Lack of integrity by Trustpilot.”

“Trustpilot removed my review without investigation! This is not a democratic and justified way to treat people. Their actions are in the interests of these companies that receive well-deserved negative reviews. Trustpilot lobbies and whitewash companies' failures and unprofessionalism, which is a crime! I provided enough evidence that I'm the authentic reviewer in return they spam me with automated responses of documents I should send them. They ignore the fact that I already sent them all documents that confirm my authenticity. Looks like they don't want people to write negative reviews. In this case, FU!”

“Shady practices, dubious SEO claims if not outright lies, all designed to tie you in to a contract, horribly over priced, ZERO customer service, ZERO communication on any service level discussion, ONLY concerned with taking your money. Hats off to Caroline completely rude, unhelpful, aggressive, accusatory, Trust pilots main goal is to take your money and damn to anything else, I've been using Trustpilot for years, anytime I've had attempted to make a service level conversation with them, they get aggressive and throw contracts and debt collection in your face immediately, and completely unnecessarily. You will only have effective communication from them when they sign you up, and when they want to be paid. Unlike anything I've experienced with any service EVER.”

“When you leave a bad review, Trustpilot will bully you into taking it down. They will repeatedly message you and ask you for tons of evidence and even when you provide it, they will still take the review down. Meanwhile they allow obviously fake positive reviews. I heard it is because it is in their financial interests due to being paid by companies to use their reviews.”
