“Pathetic service, bought a item and cashier failed to provide me with a receipt, upon exchange manager was rude, they act as if they doing us a favor but we actually pay their salary pathetic gateway store, disgusted, will make sure I take it to social media so people know how pathetic Truworths is, they cashed for the item when I am not the account holder but upon returning the item they said the account holder must return it, it was convenient to sell the item but to exchange it they asked for the account holder what a joke, other stores never give customers a hassle its just a receipt but the tag was on the clothes.”

Very Ruth agents at call centre's. Truworths have no compassion for customers, told them you in hospital Will make payment when you out, the nerve to tell you about debit orders and online payments. Still sends you several messages a day about you account that's in arrears and calls you several times a day for a R80. 00. I Will close my account.”
“WORST SERVICE EVER!
When your account is in arrears for a mere 60 rands they will call 100 times a day, even call employers but when you have settled the account and want it closed they will keep telling you that your payment has not reflected as yet, despite sending proof and being assured by them that the payment will reflect the next day.
I regret ever opening the account with them”

“Worst exchange policy! I have recently received gifts for my newborn baby, unfortunately the person that gifted these has lost the slip. Truworths refuses to exchange them for larger sizes without the receipt even thou items have tags ect. I have changed both edgers and woolworths items and have not received such pathetic service. I will certainly not return to Truworths! They should be moving with time.. forward and not backwards! I'm now forced to sit with items that will never fit my baby. What a waste.”
“I am very much disappointed with Truworth I ordered SKU50247826 online paid with my credit card on the 3rd of August for my niece. I selected store pick up, to my surprise the store never received my order. still have not received the order yet, they never called to apologize for nothing. their response was "our technicians are working on it." they don't value customers.
I have always thought that they were professionals, I guess I was wrong.
