“Great communication! They also held a fish for me to combine shipping with a preorder. Was able to add snails easily to order after first checkout. Highly recommended top notch service. “I just received my first order from TSM - terrific service!! I ordered right before the holidays and almost immediately received an email to discuss delivery to best avoid potential shipping delays due to the holiday crush. The fish were well-packed and arrived in great condition. After a day & night with lights out, both fish were out and about and eating well. I will definitely order from TSM again.”

“Better than could have ever expected. Customer service is perfect. Always working with me to get exactly the fish I want. Have gotten in one order so far but already placed two more. The fish are gorgeous, eating well, and extremely active. After an ich outbreak in a smaller tank we upgraded to a very large set up and wanted fish that are known to be a challenge in quarantine. We didn’t want to risk it so are getting all of our fish from TSM. the first order was very sensitive wrasse and are so thankful we decided to go with these guys. Absolutely worth the price and several fish we have ordered are actually more expensive from our lfs. Can’t say enough good things about this company.”
