“As a first-time user (of any property management software), when I had questions, or when I made a mistake, the help staff on chat and on the phone were amazingly helpful. I never experienced the need to have my question referred to another person. Done right the first time. And the package of interrelated topics and forms.....outstanding! I worked the system "your way" from the beginning and my current tenants are gems and have already signed a lease extension for another year.”

“I enjoy having turbotenant for managing my tenant's payments, maintenance requests and feedback. However, The listing option does not post consistent quality of the images for the listing on various platforms which can make the listing look less professional. This is why I chose 4 stars instead of 5.”
