“If I could give less than 1 star I would. do not want anything to do with this horrible company. I didn't receive a response for 10 days and have been trying to get ahold of them for weeks before that. They only respond once every couple days and they respond with a new person every time and that person doesn't know what you need or want so the conversation just starts over again. Ridiculous. And tried to charge me $240 for one packet of birthcontrol! Absolutely unprofessional. I will NEVER use this company. Simple health was so amazing. So disappointing.”
“Takes a week or more to hear back. The only way to contact them is via messenger and email (you cannot get a person on the phone as they do not publish their number intentionally, or they hide it well). They have issues applying manufacturer's coupons too. Lastly, I received an email my prescription would be delivered in 2-3 business days and it is going on 7. I emailed and sent a message about this (due to no phone number being available to call), and I received an auto-reply that they will "usually" respond in "under a week" (which is a lie, far from it - was over 2 weeks the last time I contacted them).”
“Absolute trash. I asked for them to pause my membership — which they force you to email and request each month because there is no option to pause for multiple months at a time — and they processed my order anyway, basically charging me for birth control I didn’t need. I sent MULTIPLE emails to customer service via multiple channels, just to get zero response. Eventually, after maybe my 6th or 7th email, someone contacted me saying that my account would be cancelled — as if that was some kind of remedy for the situation??”
“My medication had to be switched and it took a couple of weeks to get the new medication. As long as I don't have to switch medicine it's fine. Every other order has arrived earlier than expected.”
