My free trial ends and didn't noticed that my account has been linked to my Twinkl account then once it has balance it automatically renewed the 1 year premium subscription. Had to email their customer support and it was great because of their quick response and Ma'am Gemma removed the payment account linked to Twinkl. I am just waiting to be refunded as that amount is for buying my son's uniform.”
