Quality resources, friendly and efficient customer services (I have sent in suggestions for resources to be adapted the way I wanted them and they have responded quickly, kept me updated on progress and responded positively every time!). Many of the resources already come in different versions which I really appreciate (e.g., UK spelling, US spelling, Black and White, Eco colour, etc.). There are also country relevant resources with accurate information. It is the go to site for myself and most of my colleagues. Membership is also very reasonable, especially considering what I get for it, which helps a great deal as most other sites are way too costly.”
