“TwinkleInTime not only went above my expectations with my order, they also were great at communicating with me. I wanted the wording to be changed AFTER I submitted my order and they responded to my email request right away and were very helpful through out the entire process. The shipment came in way quicker than expected. And it turned out to be completely beautiful and not damaged at all. I highly recommend ordering your star map from them! Very reliable source for such a perfect and sentimental gift. Would definitely order again.”

“Amazing company and customer service. I was worried the placement of the letters/sentence were off when I first created it, so I contacted customer service. They got back to me right away and sent an example of how the poster would look. My design showed up just how I wanted it and how I envisioned. What a great gift! It even showed up before Valentines Day, even though I ordered very last minute. I would buy again from this company if they had other designs. Would recommend!”

Hi, I'm sorry your order took so long. Your order came in in the middle of our Valentine's rush but after our guarantee date for Valentine's Delivery . Our normal delivery time is 5-10 days but I see yours was a couple of days past the 10 day mark due to the holidays. I apologize for that but I am glad the star map was a hit :)
