“When purchasing a star map , they do not specify that you are only purchase just a digital copy . Even in their confirmation email, it says you’ll get another email when your star map ships . I waited over 2 weeks and when I reached out to customer service they said I had only purchase a Digital copy. When I sent them my confirmation email I explain to them that no where in my confirmation email did it say that I bought a digital copy, it said my order was getting ready to ship out . I paid $35 for this “digital copy” and I had to pay another $30 to go get it printed out . I feel I got ripped off and they did not seem to care . I would not recommend buying a star map from this company .”

Hi Shell, I'm sorry if you were confused but we have multiple areas where we try to make it very clear when you choose a digital version of the product. 1. When you click on digital version when customizing your star map, we have a large pop up that warns you saying "you have selected the digital version of the star map" 2. It shows on your order confirmation page under the order summary that you have chosen a digital version. 3. You pre-approved the order from your order confirmation page where it specifically says you ordered a digital version. Additionally the coupon code we sent you so you could get a physical print, discounts it so that the price you pay is actually the difference in cost between the digital and the physical print. That way, ultimately you're only paying the same amount you would have if you chose the physical print during the first purchase.
