It's a gamble using these people! Bought 4 tyres for fitting etc,(£400) mechanic came out, checked lock and bolts were good to proceed,said all ok, then using an impact gun instead of a manual bar broke the wheel lock and damaged the nut. Told me to sort the problem and once I had taken it to another garage to fix I could book them to come out again but at extra charges!! Called customer services and i was told they don't deal with complaints over the phone (I wonder why?!) I had to write or email. I now have to pay a garage for new wheel lock set and fittings etc when I already have spent my budget on tyres on drive. I can see this going to small claims court to get any response or any money back which is stress and hassle not needed if they just fixed the problem they caused!

They charged me 40£ for not existing service! I was away from home for a few minutes and driver was not willing wait for me 15 minutes instead told me I will be charged 40£ and order cancelled. I tried call to customer service but line was "busy" for almost 30 minutes and I give up! Stay away from them I will certainly do after this experience!!! I have to replace a tires somewhere else after 4 days waiting for them to come..

I have used these many times before and they been fine. But lately they're customer service is horrific. I booked 4 tyres to be fitted on bank holiday (online) literally 12 hours before fitting (at 10pm) I get a call to say as it's bank holiday they can't fit. I asked them why they left it so late to notify me and why the option wasn't blanked out online? Today they turn up at my house and say they can't fit my tyres because "I can't get tyre off the rim, I think when you had them powder coated the tyre has stuck to the rim". So I asked them.if they can still try and fit them, he refused. I said can I have my tyres then? I will go elsewhere. But they don't have the insurance apparently to drop tyres off!!!! How can tyres stick to a rim if they were powdercoated and baked? I rang office and asked for some sort of discount or at least to drop tyres off and they can't as they have a 30min fitting time (even though I was booked from 0800-1200? In my book that ls 4 hours!!!

Had four new tyres put on. When I went to the car this morning the back tyre was flat. On contacting the number given I was told you couldn’t fix it until the following day. I’m a home carer and had elderly vulnerable clients waiting. I’m now £65 out of pocket due to not being able to go to work and taking it to another garage to be fixed. Absolute joke. When I asked to speak to a senior member of staff, I was told they come in later so I can’t speak to them. When national tyres fixed the tyre they told me the rim hadn’t been cleaned and a corrosion had been missed, causing the tyre not to be sealed to the rim correctly. Hence the flat tyre. I will be claiming my wages back, even if I have to go to small claims court I will get it back. Shame on you tyres on the drive

Extremely BAD Customer service!!!!! 1: Cancelled my arranged fitting date for four expensive tyres! 2: Refused to come back to replace a FAULTY leaking valve (that they had supposedly fitted????) A regrettably bad experience as Nobody in the company would listen to my genuine need and complaint, totally ignoring the UK Consumer rights act 2015. Pathetic!!!!!

Should not have used them again, spent.? £1000 last July, 4 tyres for my audi, turned up with Mercedes fitment, turned up today with incorrect tyres again, 30 mins late, charging me 40 quid for the privelage, thieving robdogs, don't use this Company, go to your local tyre company, save yourself a lot of agro

I am disappointed that you have fitted… I am disappointed that you have fitted one tyre from 2018 and one from 2016 (we are in 2019 August) . How is that possible? You deprived me of at least one year of life on both tyres. After paying that amount of money I was expecting top quality on the tyres, but unfortunately you failed to deliver. The team that did the fitting, were great, true professionals. I have emailed you asking for explanations, but no response up to this stage. Very disappointed

Well Silly me for using them AGAIN. this morning was meant to be the 5th time i had used tyres on the drive. Dont get me wrong, they are cheap, the cheapest i have ever found however. 4 out of the 5 times ive used them I have been let down, on the day, once was "the technician has had a family emergency and cant come", todays excuse was the same as the previous 3 times "the suppliers have sent the wrong tyres" I told the woman on the phone it was lies as the technician told me that was a standrd line they spin whn they let a customer down (pass the buck) and i have had that same excuse 3 times now, she seemed embarrassed that she had gone down the suppiers fault route. Id paid £14 extra for a 2 hour time slot as i was driving on holiday in the afternoon, now i have to organise something else within the next 2 1/2 hours. THANKS!!!!! safe to say i will not be using tyres on the drive again, EVER!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that the supervisor was busy and would call me back this afternoon. that doesnt help me when im going on holiday at noon. i asked, if the supervisor was so busy as they were inundated with complaints and was told "i didnt say he was dealng with complaints" So i can only assume that the supervisor has more pressing things to do than deal with customers complaints. WOW, if i ran my business like that i would have ZERO customers. NOT HAPPY

glad i read the reviews, companies like this need to improve their service before i spend my money with them. I nearly used them, i was about to spend my hard earned cash and wow im glad i checked. even if i save money i will go with a company that provides service and looks after their customers.

Shocking customer service. I ordered a set of 4 tyres, left me waiting in all day and then phone me at 17:15 telling me the turntable on the vehicle had broken so will not be able to attend today. They asked to re-arrange and I explained that I just want a refund as will NEVER use them again.

Complete scammers. Take your money and run. Can never get through to anyone, sit on hold for 10 to 20 minutes then they cut you off.

Tyres fitted yesterday. Got up this morning to use the car and one of the new tyres is flat. Not sure I f it was a faulty tyre or bad fitting but car hadn’t been used. Also alloy wheel cleaning is a con. Paid for 4 wheels to be cleaned but only two were partially cleaned because he only has less than 15 mins to change two tyres and clean the wheels. Shocking service

Technician arrived 5 minutes before the 2 hours slot was over. Spent less than 10 minutes before deciding he couldn't get the wheels off and left. Charged £40 for his minimal effort and I now need to use a reputable company to get tyres. Company wont refund as they say they not their fault technician couldn't/didn't remove the wheel.

Never again will we use tyres on the drive to five visits to fit 2 tyres to complied to explain not the people who come to fitnthentyres fault when you e mail them they do not reply when you ring you can't get through to a manager disgusting Custer service

TOTAL RIP-OFF AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE ordered through their website.was suggested wrong tyres by the website even after put in registration number. so had to re-book. shortly after that my card has been charged for call out.called customer service to get my refund, with no success. will dispute from my credit card side.

SO...I AM FURIOUS!!!!!!! Had a flat on Thursday. BOOKED online tyres on the drive. (second time I am using them. Not intelligent at all) bought 2 new tyres, more expensive as it was same day fitting guaranteed. PAID 150 POUNDS FOR FIAT 500. AFTER I PAID CONFIRMATION CAME FOR SUNDAY INSTEAD THURSDAY. Can you imagine that. I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR 2DAYS AND THOUGHT NOTHING OF PARKING AS THEY ASSURED ME ON THURSDAY WILL BE SORTED. TODAY IS SUNDAY, GOT 2 PARKING TICKETS, CAME TO MAKE MY LOCKING BOLT AVAILABLE ON MY LUNCH BRAKE. GOT A CALL AS I WAS PLACING THE BOLT ON THE SEAT. KATIE from the company calmly said UNFORTUNATELY your BOOKING is cancelled. Remained posed, asked for refund. "Yes, ofcourse, she said. In 5 working DAYS. Well I cannot afford to pay 150 more so I have to pay for parking until I get a refund from a company that failed me miserably in every( customer care) conceivable way. THANK YOU TYRES ON THE DRIVE...WILL REPEAT THIS POST EVERY 12 HOURS OF PARKING PAID..

Had my tyres replaced and paid for the valve service. The fitter damaged a valve and had to replace it. A couple of days after I notice the tyre with the new valve was going flat. Luckily it was raining and I noticed bubbles around the valve. Phoned them up and they sent a fitter around a couple of days later and he told me the valve had worked loose but it was ok now. A couple of days later the valve started leaking again and phone up again. I was told they could not repair it so I should take it a garage and get a quote, which I did. They then refused to pay for the repair as it was not covered. They will also not come out and repair the tyre. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

Capable of taking your money and turning up to fit the tyres if there are no complications but don't expect any assistance if they have to go beyond merely fitting a tyre. Had them attend my office to fit two tyres however on the day of fitting i was unwell and had left details with an admin girl to send them to me home which is literally on the next street (1 min away if that). In the space of time it took her to go to her desk to get my home address and get back to the door the guy fitting the tyres had decided he'd seen an opportunity to finish early for the day and simply drove off. This was obviously inconvenient enough however when i called them to explain what had happened they refused to send him back and insisted they had to charge me another £40 call out to re-book it! They claimed the guys they use have trackers or something similar and that he'd been at the job for an hour when he left despite him having been there all of 5 mins and placing the call a maximum of 15 mins after he arrived. At this point id spent about £1,100 with them over a period of a month yet they refused to do anything to help. It was glaringly obvious that they their guys on the road simply log themselves at the job way before they arrive so they can move on where there is any delay and clock off early!! This was further reinforced and evidenced on the rebooked day. The guy turned up and when i asked him to wait a minute whilst I got the locking wheel nut from in my office, he said that is was fine but please don't be long as he'd been at the job for just under an hour!!! this was literally 5 minutes after he'd turned up!! I simply couldn't believe he had the gall to say that and could only say in response "how is that possible you literally turned up 5 minutes ago??" to which he had no answer. Maybe tyres on the drive should value their customers more and reprimand their idiots on the road who are clearly manipulating the tracking devices rather that siding with them against a legitimate customer compliant. sufficed to say i wont be using them again.

Charged me for a callout even when they didn't have the equipment required when i had explained this on purchase. Wasted my time and charged me for the pleasure.
