“The worst insurance company iv ever dealt with, they rip you off in all ways , even when i wanted to cancel they charged me half of the premium As that is hidden somewhere in their policy they wont even mention it to you , so make sure you read the terms and conditions carefully Will never take policy with them again Very upset with the service Terrible”

“Worst company ever. Scam do not use. They use price comparison sights to reel you in, then tell you that you are not able to have the insurance they sold you, quote you a higher premium and charge you £75 to cancel.”

“RIP off company I paid over £450 for fully comp insurance then the following month they cancelled my policy due to me not sending in my proof of no claims when all my previous insurers source this information themselves after all I am paying for a service and not for me to be doing their job, anyway they gave me or at least in 30 working days they will give me a massive refund of £167. I’d avoid these robbing bastards at all costs.”

“your company failed to send invoice no. within two months. where to transfer 143 . They do it to hurt me! You want to steal my money! This is the worst insurance company that does not respect itself or the client! Therefore, in the future I will not book with this company and I will tell others about it! The staff let me down”

“My son got a quote from them and without his knowledge took payment and started a policy. He called them to get his money back and they refused. Now dealing with it through fraud department at the bank. This company are complete snakes AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“My son took out a policy on line,when called to sort the policy were told the price was more expensive,still carried on then was informed after the deposit was paid and after the 14 days the price was to yet again increase the only way it could be cancelled was to cancel my end and we would be charged a cancellation fee and wouldn't get no money back,so had to stick with them,will never use this company again and would not recommend to anyone!”

“This is the worse insurance which I experienced in UK. I have been paid every month insurance payment regularly but there is no proper response from the customer service. When I sold my car then also they were asking for the money. It's too much and don't go for this at any cost in your life. They are only taking money from the ordinary people and never give a proper service.”

“I had a terrible time and still am. I was with U Drive for my old car and was 1 month into the policy and got a new car. I asked them to change the car over on the insurance (expecting to pay more money monthly as it was a better car). Instead they said no they would not offer me an insurance for that car. I explained that I already pay insurance with them for my first car they still said no and that they were going to cancel due to not wanting to offer me the change over on car on the policy. I had to agree to the cancellation and that I would need to insure my new car with somebody else and they said ok so the cancellation fee is £390. I said are you kidding me? I ain’t paying you £390 because you want to cancel my insurance just because I want to change the car on the policy. They said I had no choice and it would be passed to a debt collector if I didn’t pay the fee of £390. I said I can’t afford that right out at the same time you’re making me pay for a whole new insurance which isn’t going to be cheap and they STILL made me pay! Now I am left paying not only my new car finance but a finance fee every month for this old crappy finance! They are diabolical and don’t give a damn about people, all MONEY MONEY MONEY and robbing people blind!”

“The worst company i have EVER come across. The way they run their business are like crooks. Keep well clear of them. Yhe amount of hidden fees and clauses they have is unbelievable. This company does not make it a smooth process it makes your life hell and the icing on the cake is youl be short of hundreds of pounds once you leave them! STEER CLEAR OF THEM!”
