“Worse insurance, all there policy is sheet. It is stealing once u get the insurance you have to continue for year can't cancel for any changes they charge you.”

“Worst company, scamming people I ringed them to change my car and they said they can’t do it so asked them to cancel it, i am paying 300 pounds per month as insurance and top of that they asked me to pay 1100+ pounds as cancellation fee.”

“Scandalous, unscrupulous, despicable, disgusting, gangster thieves!! Paid £720 to be insured for 32 days!! Cancelled my insurance because the DVLA aren't quick enough for U drive!! DVLA told me to tell U Drive cover to ring them to verify I have a full license. Now I have no insurance and after shelling out £720 for 32 days cover, U drive want me to pay £1500.00 within 10 days or else!!!! Are they for real???!!!! Avoid this company like the plague!!!!”

“The worst type of insurance aimed to grab money from customer's pockets. I paid 1100 in total ( 540£ initial and 560£ on cancellation) just within 21 days of subscription. They do the worst calculations in their own benefit.”

“Stay away from this company they will sell you the worst insurance company. They will sell you excess insurance that does not exist. I'm currently going through small claims for being sold excess insurance by u drive. Spoken to 5 separate companies who do not take responsiblity for the excess insurance I was sold.”

“This is one of the worst insurance company that you can imagine. Awful customer service, they kept me on hold over an hour, they say they call you back but they never do that and you have to call back again. I cancelled my insurance on a day before it started because they didn't send my documents but they charged me £75 , the insurance didn't even started and they said they refund my money after 14 days rest of my £1570.”
