“Way way way to expensive I will be shopping around had quotes of £750 and U drive want another £1000 on top . Shop around people .”

“Today I have spoken to Madison in regards of moving over my insurance on new car, Have to say she handled the update in best way possible and proffesionaly. I was not left on hold for hours and she spoke clear and loud as a day. Call only took about 10 min max and I was left highly satisfied with the service I have received today. Thank you very much Madison”

“During my conversation with Ali, I told her that I am highly disappointed with the way and manned that I was treated. I certainly believed that some information was not properly conveyed to me. Indeed I felt like I was duped and that is the reason I am cancelling my contract tomorrow as previously discussed today. I will be glad if an experienced manager could call me to explain further as I know that this is not how this organisation does business.”

“Nadhiir answered my call on the first ring which I've never had before and he was very helpful explaining everything to me and answered my emails very quick which was appreciated nadhiir was very pleasant and efficient in all correspondence the reason for only giving 4 stars was the price of the insurance.”

“Too expensive. Who wants to pay more and more when you go around and other companies offer you lower premium. Your customers dont feel like your customers if you try to win money for your commissions etc.”

“I've been dealing with them for 6 months and only one person (Anna) actually did her job, and she was amazing. When I signed up I stated that I wanted to add my wife when she passed her test. They then proceeded to sell me an insurance that didn't cover new drivers. When I went to add her they said no and to wait 48hrs for a new quote. I called back, they said to cancel the insurance it was going to cost £20, then they said £550, then back to £30. After I went elsewhere to set up a new insurance, I called to cancel dreading what number they would pluck out of the heavens to charge me, when Anna, let's face it the saving grace of the company and definitely should work for a better company, was the first person to apologise for the inconvenience and she wouldn't charge me. Please stay away from this company, this is not the first time I had trouble only the biggest. Trying to get a windscreen replaced was bad enough as they cannot tell you how much it will cost and do not communicate with autoglass for weeks.”

“Please stay way for this insurance company because they are scumers I have ben with them for 3 months and a cancellation my insurance and I'm still have to pay back 933 pounds which 500 deposit Please do not do the same mistake ! Stay a way for this scumers!”
