“Too expensive. Who wants to pay more and more when you go around and other companies offer you lower premium. Your customers dont feel like your customers if you try to win money for your commissions etc.”

“I've been dealing with them for 6 months and only one person (Anna) actually did her job, and she was amazing. When I signed up I stated that I wanted to add my wife when she passed her test. They then proceeded to sell me an insurance that didn't cover new drivers. When I went to add her they said no and to wait 48hrs for a new quote. I called back, they said to cancel the insurance it was going to cost £20, then they said £550, then back to £30. After I went elsewhere to set up a new insurance, I called to cancel dreading what number they would pluck out of the heavens to charge me, when Anna, let's face it the saving grace of the company and definitely should work for a better company, was the first person to apologise for the inconvenience and she wouldn't charge me. Please stay away from this company, this is not the first time I had trouble only the biggest. Trying to get a windscreen replaced was bad enough as they cannot tell you how much it will cost and do not communicate with autoglass for weeks.”

“Please stay way for this insurance company because they are scumers I have ben with them for 3 months and a cancellation my insurance and I'm still have to pay back 933 pounds which 500 deposit Please do not do the same mistake ! Stay a way for this scumers!”

“I have tried emailing a few times to let you know that I do not need my policy renewing as I no longer have a car. I feel this is the only way to get the right response. I would call but I am currently overseas. Thank you”

“Really disappointed with this insurance. I updated my address they did not ask any documentation, they charged me 234£ for it, days later after taking the money they said they need documentation to update it,send documentation, no answer whatsoever, called the broker to check some information Mulsane”” they haven’t to this day update my address with their broker, I had reported an incident and have proof for it, now they saying I hadn’t. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT LIABLE COMPANY, SEEMS LIKE A SCAM, PAY SOMEONE A BIT OR EVEN A LOT MORE THAN USING “CLOSEBROTHERS” UDRIVE””

“Cannot speak too highly of the service provided. Change of vehicle notified and full documentation relating to the new vehicle was received within 2 hours. We were impressed at inception of the policy at the detailed enquiries made to substantiate all answers provided at proposal stage. Quite unique in the industry and ensures that any incorrect information is dealt with at source and not left until a claim arises.”
