“I was very pleased today the way I was answered when I was about to cancel my previous insurance since I sold my Vaxhaull astra. The person was so polite and really listened to me and eventually I was 100% that I will still come back to U drive.”

“I called in and spoke to Allie regarding my policy being cancelled, she gave me an extension so I can pay on my pay day and my policy doesn’t get cancelled, she was really polite and helpful and the whole process was so simple! Excellent customer service provided”

“They are scammers. They increase quote when you contact them. They will ask for unlimited documents. If you want to cance insurance. They take heavy cancellation fee. I had 8 months remaining from my cover. They just promised for very minimal refund. Stay away”

“Phoning an insurance company can feel quite daunting to me as I have only been driving a couple of years. When I phoned today Luke, my advisor immediately put my at ease. He was both professional and friendly, a hard combination to get right I often think. I was extremely happy with the result and my experience with Luke broke down any barriers I had about phoning in the future. Many thanks Luke.”

“Today I spoke with Anna. I must say she made my day. I was so impressed with her service and understanding of my situation that I told her if she had been in front of me I would have hugged her. Best Customer Service Ever. I would like to remain insured by UDrive only because they have Anna ;). Anna, It's for you, keep up the good work and wish you all the best for your future. “I was shocked when I heard of charges as per policy..But Anna, my God, she helped me the way, I can’t forget.. I would definitely rate her services with 5 stars.. She is taking her work so seriously, professional and understanding of the customer problem and emotion which may caused by change in policy and personal damage… Thank You Anna..Always expecting a person like you in life!!!”

“To start with, everything went smoothly, but then it all came crumbling down. They felt it necessary to impose a 'fine' of almost £500 and increase my premiums by an extra £288 because my partner had been given a speeding fine, a notification of which had never been received at any time, but was listed against her drivers license. To then give me 7 days to respond or they will automatically recover the 'fine' from my bank is mind-boggling, unprofessional and (in my opinion) borders on theft!! My advice - stay well away from these guys !!!”

“Shambles of a company avoid at all costs. It’s absolutely criminal the amount they was charging me a month £500 to start with that was at 55% increase from the year before! After 4 months and just under £2000 later due to financial circumstances I’ve had to chose between heating my home or driving so I had to cancel. They are trying to charge me £950!!! They expect people to pay for a service even though I no longer own a car!!! And then threatening with bailiffs. AVOID AT ALL COST, also the staff are very un trained and lack basic manners.”

“Very bad experience, never seen this that After 5 months of use i can't cancel it and has tonpaid 70% of yearly cover to be cancelled. What if i do sell car after 1 month? Should i pay next 6 months for nothing. DO NOT CHOOSE this expensive cover.”
