“Charlotte was condescending, rude and unhelpful! Charlotte did not listen, raising her voice and she wasted our time. Charlotte was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible and left me dissatisfied. She kept repeating herself without listening and trying to understand the situation. Highly disappointed with the call and Udrive and left with more frustration. Would not recommend.”

“JUST BOOK A TAXI!!! This support staff told me I should ignore the amount that the app was showing yesterday after I paid 144 AED. I had till next day for the end of the daily rent, went to a very short ride and got charged 70 AED plus the initial 144 AED. Be aware of the maximum 100 km per day, it really doesn't worth this app...”

“GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE After applying online over the weekend, I received a call on Monday morning from Assad confirming my details, checking that they were correct, and explaining to me all the details that I needed to know. They said they would check and get back to me. Asaad then called me in the afternoon, confirming my details all over again, speaking politely, and explaining to me in detail my insurance policies. Asaad took his time to explain to me in detail and give me some other best options about my insurance to add on if I wanted to,which he explained to me in detail also.I am happy with the insurance company and the level of customer service provided.”

“Bunch of crooks don’t go with this company have been overcharged for the past 6 months now unfortunately my engine blew and tried cancelling policy they refused and are trying to charge 540 cancellation fee!! I am going to report this”
