Charlotte was condescending, rude and unhelpful! Charlotte did not listen, raising her voice and she wasted our time. Charlotte was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible and left me dissatisfied. She kept repeating herself without listening and trying to understand the situation. Highly disappointed with the call and Udrive and left with more frustration. Would not recommend.
