“3 Stars is for my overall rating after 3 phone calls. All calls - there was a lot of office noise in the background . Todays call handler was very good and polite. But overall information not explained very well across all 3 contacts”

“If there was a mark lower than 1 star I would have selected that. Dishonest company - as lots of customers have said below they fabricate additional charges to inflate the insurance premium. Avoid!”

“Customer service was excellent. U Drive asked for too many documents, which I had never been asked by any other insurer in the past forty years and they kept asking for more documents. It was a bit annoying. Telephone waiting time was forty minutes.”

“Absolutes scam, they give you a really good price for insurance then take a deposit of £126 to then tell you the policy is not valid and you’d need a massively over priced one, mine went from £700 a year to £1700 a year, obviously I didn’t want the extortionate insurance to be told my deposit is non refundable. This is a horrible scam In a time when people are struggling for money, absolute shame on you u drive”
