“As many others have commented below me. I initially went with a quote. I then was called asking me to verify information - they found some a random unusual change in my details, initially telling me that this shouldn't affect my quote. I was then informed the following day that this has indeed affected my quote and it has gone up by £800! I was told I could not be given the initial quote. I of course declined this and my policy was then cancelled with a £75 fee. Funnily enough, when I put in the updated corrected information by myself, I was still given my initial quote! The whole thing stinks of dodgy behaviour and they should be reported for misconduct.”

“Horrible experience , total rip off and a lot of hidden rules . Very overpriced for what they offer , customer service are also awful. And if you swap cars on policy they ask you to pay a huge deposit + huge administration fees comparatively to other insurers. I won't recommend this not even to my biggest enemy 😒. Please avoid them in order to avoid being ripped off”

“Terrible people Took out insurance with Udrive via money supermarket, Paid in full, recieved a call and was requoted and price went up but 300ish then reduced to an aditional 170.00 told they would take this over 2 months via my card. Today recieved a credit agreement from close brothers for the full amount Be very wary of these”
