“The goods that I bought from you have not been fitted yet so this review is purely on customer service, which was not good. My delivery was not on the day that was booked, which left me in a muddle as I was not at home, and when I phoned your customer service dept to find out what had happened the man I spoke to was not just unhelpful but very rude, he asked me at one point "do you want this delivered or not". Not once did he apologise for the delivery being a day early and the effort I had to go to to get someone organised to see it in. I am refurbishing a wet room soon but I doubt very much I will be shopping on your site for what I need.”

Many apologies if you feel the delivery was not as you had expected. I have looked at this in detail for you to see what happened. The order had a specific delivery date requested on it which we tried to adhere to, we send the pallet down to the local delivery depot a couple of days prior to the delivery date in order to allow for contingency. As such if the depot know they are passing a particular drop they will sometimes ring a customer to give them the option of having the goods early if convenient. This appears to be what has happened on this occasion but the meaning has been lost along the way so apologies as it is meant to be a courtesy rather than an inconvenience. Also I am sorry if our customer service representative sounded off. The question was a genuine one to ask if you wanted the goods that day or the day after and was not meant to come across in a rude way.

“Excellent customer service. Got the order wrong (my fault) and they sorted it within an hour of the item being delivered. Replacement delivered within 2 working days. And the items were a bargain price.”

“Great prices and selection, able to find every item I needed at a much cheaper price than the corresponding manufacturer website. Staff were also very helpful on the phone. I needed to return some items; return postage is at the buyer's expense, but ok, can't have everything!”

“This basin was ordered on the basis of assurances by telephone that it was in stock, you didn't inform us that it wasn't until we called to ask when it would be delivered. Poor service.”

Hi, I am sorry to hear that this has happened. I am not sure who you spoke to but this manufacturers goods are always ordered in to order. As such we would always rely on the manufacturers stock levels to make any commitment to timescales like this. I will look further into the issue and come back to you. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“Vado Chrome Robe Hooks were expensive but lovely quality when our project manager used them for our new bathroom, therefore when we did our downstairs cloak room we wanted the same ones which UK bathroom store were selling at a very reasonable price. Service was good too. I would recommend the company and their product from this experience”
