“Excellent customer service. Got the order wrong (my fault) and they sorted it within an hour of the item being delivered. Replacement delivered within 2 working days. And the items were a bargain price.”

“Great prices and selection, able to find every item I needed at a much cheaper price than the corresponding manufacturer website. Staff were also very helpful on the phone. I needed to return some items; return postage is at the buyer's expense, but ok, can't have everything!”

“This basin was ordered on the basis of assurances by telephone that it was in stock, you didn't inform us that it wasn't until we called to ask when it would be delivered. Poor service.”

Hi, I am sorry to hear that this has happened. I am not sure who you spoke to but this manufacturers goods are always ordered in to order. As such we would always rely on the manufacturers stock levels to make any commitment to timescales like this. I will look further into the issue and come back to you. “Vado Chrome Robe Hooks were expensive but lovely quality when our project manager used them for our new bathroom, therefore when we did our downstairs cloak room we wanted the same ones which UK bathroom store were selling at a very reasonable price. Service was good too. I would recommend the company and their product from this experience”

“I was charged on order for an item that was out of stock. I only discovered it was on back order when I emailed them asking where my order was. They gave me the option at that point to cancel or wait with an estimated delivery date. I choose to wait and the item showed up be it a further two days later than the estimate. Why did I have to email them, they should be proactive and why was I charged for an out of stock item? Not impressed...”
