I am really that this information was lost, we have sent the goods on an express service for you to get there next day now that they have arrived back into stock. Many apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“Ordering the goods was quite simple however the delivery was just a fiasco with the worst logistics company I have ever encountered! Delivery confirmed on Thursday and booked in for Friday - delivery did not arrive - called to chase and then told that delivery was due on Monday ! Explained this was not correct sonmamager agreed to organise courier delivery for Saturday - this did not happen although we waited all day - could not contact PalletForce so we have now wasted 2 days waiting for the delivery - called them on Monday and spoke to Peter the manger who insisted on calling me “ mate “ until I asked him to stop ! He denied confirming the courier delivery on Saturday and said it wasn’t his job to call me to say this was not happening ! Delivery was eventually made on Monday afternoon with a very unhelpful delivery person ! Didn’t wait for my wife to check the goods !! Worst delivery experience ever and will not order again if this company are used !!”

I am sorry to hear about your delivery experience, it's certainly not what we would expect from our delivery partners. This is the first report that we have had of this however but we will now take this up with the delivering company to find out what has happened. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“I was a little sceptical but really wanted the space ssave toilet/sink unit they had - had read a couple of bad reviews. But to be honest they were fantastic. Order process simple, delivery as described.. very quick! the day the unit arrived after the delivery guy had left i checked the parcel and the sink was slightly chipped. Emailed bathstore they came back and said they would send another out for the following day (the sink bit) and to just discard of the damaged one (which i was happy to do) and yes a new sink arrived next day perfect. can't fault them - will definitely use again. happy customer :)”

“The goods that I bought from you have not been fitted yet so this review is purely on customer service, which was not good. My delivery was not on the day that was booked, which left me in a muddle as I was not at home, and when I phoned your customer service dept to find out what had happened the man I spoke to was not just unhelpful but very rude, he asked me at one point "do you want this delivered or not". Not once did he apologise for the delivery being a day early and the effort I had to go to to get someone organised to see it in. I am refurbishing a wet room soon but I doubt very much I will be shopping on your site for what I need.”

Many apologies if you feel the delivery was not as you had expected. I have looked at this in detail for you to see what happened. The order had a specific delivery date requested on it which we tried to adhere to, we send the pallet down to the local delivery depot a couple of days prior to the delivery date in order to allow for contingency. As such if the depot know they are passing a particular drop they will sometimes ring a customer to give them the option of having the goods early if convenient. This appears to be what has happened on this occasion but the meaning has been lost along the way so apologies as it is meant to be a courtesy rather than an inconvenience. Also I am sorry if our customer service representative sounded off. The question was a genuine one to ask if you wanted the goods that day or the day after and was not meant to come across in a rude way.
