“Delivery and quality were faultless. Installation went very well until I attempted to fit the seat. The fittings for the seat were missing. As this was late on Friday PM I had no choice but to go out to buy a seat to ensure the only toilet we have was usable. contacted customer services on Monday morning and the missing parts are on route. However the chap I spoke to was unapologetic for the missing parts and down right rude as to me having to buy a spare seat. He said that it was my choice to buy a seat and therefore there was to be no recompense for it. My family could have used the toilet minus seat were his implications. Better customer support training is what he requires.”

“Sales staff seemed very good and booked my delivery to suit me for the 25th September. Then the hassle began. I was bombarded with emails and texts telling me to be in for my delivery on the 7th September; not what was agreed at all. I was so disgusted and concerned about the organisational shambles I was experiencing that I cancelled the whole order. The cancellation was confirmed by the showroom manager, by email, but still the hassle continued. Manager told me to ignore the messages saying they were just automated and the delivery had been cancelled. Messages continued and he then told me to simply, if the worst case scenario happened to send them away. Quite unbelievably the cancelled delivery did turn up on the 7th September. I was in the shower, by the time I was able to answer the door, which I had to do as they kept on ringing the bell, which was upsetting my cats, they had unloaded the goods onto my driveway. I should not have had to deal with that. I have no faith at all in Bath store and will never ever touch them with a barge pole after my experience.”

“I ordered a filter for a domestic urinal and the part sent did not fit. It cost £40.0 and the bathroom store refused to take it back. They said it was company policy not to accept this kind of item back into stock. I offered to pay a restocking charge and the postage but still no joy. So be very careful to order the right thing or you could be stuck with an expensive bit of kit which is of NO Use to you. They did not inform me of this policy when I ordered the part. I will DEFINITELY NOT be buying anything else from them.”

I am sorry we were not able to take this item back into stock. Unfortunately the issue was that you had told us that item had been attempted to be fitted into the urinal which was then subsequently used by yourself. We are not able to take used items like this back into stock, even with a restocking charge, for Hygiene and Safety reasons. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“All my items arrived in one piece and I am pleased with the quality of items and prices I paid for them. BUT the delivery of these items took over a month, I was left with no information at one point and then they finally arrived in a very haphazard way, with delivery notifications coming to my phone but not delivered or then superseded by changes. Once communication did get underway I have to say it was helpful and apologetic and that the delay related to a stock delay. I even got an apology from a Director. It took over a month in total. Now for me this was a nuisance but I was not in need to the items during this month. But if you are wanting stuff asap I would check on stock at first and keep your fingers crossed! Of course this may have been a one off and I don't think it would put me off ordering from them again.”

“I've shopped at UK Bathroom Store for two different bathrooms in my house. There are various reasons: excellent prices, easy-to-use website, very helpful service when I phone them, and great selection. Their manager, Gary, has been especially helpful and professional. I rang him for advice about toilets and he gave me clear, straightforward answers with absolutely zero salesmanship. Wow. Gary also dealt fairly and efficiently with a case where we discovered, upon opening a box weeks after it was received, that an item was damaged. I would certainly go to UK Bathroom Store first for anything more I need for bathrooms in my house.”

“Good product but inadequately packed. Foot tube was bent on arrival. I was able to re-bend it back to where it should be but it has left a small crease in the tube wall underneath the first tube joint. Due to the heavy weight of the item the packaging does not tolerate being being dropped and i suspect that is what the carriers did although there was no external damage to the box.”
