“very efficient and a good price”

“I purchased a chrome towel rail which arrived within two weeks. It was very well packed and everything seems to be in order although it hasn’t been fitted yet so I will reserve judgement. I would have given five stars but for the attitude of one of their customer service staff who, when I phone with an enquiry, was extremely patronising, dismissive and wasn’t prepared to listen properly to my enquiry. I did however receive an apology by email when I complained, together with an explanation in answer to my original enquiry and a promise that it would be dealt with. The issue was about conflicting information in the product details online, which has now been changed.”

“Good product and service I ordered a Miller D-shaped basket on Tuesday and it was delivered by DPD on Saturday, so a little long but OK. Well packaged and in perfect condition. This is the third time I’ve bought one of these - all OK and prices fair.”

“Good products at good prices. There was some confusion over the requested delivery date but customer services rearranged delivery for me and all was ok. Just one thing. I was not told that my delivery would leave me with 2 pallets to dispose of. Quite a problem for me as delivery was to an old people's home.!!”

“Chris B was very helpful in our bathroom selection although was unable to provide the Phoenix pull out shower. Delivery was as promised. The delivery driver helped with getting the bath upstairs but then refused to take the pallet back leaving me with disposal from the pavement.”

“Ordered a sliding shower screen. Was a lot cheaper than other companies and the delivery was free. Only down side was that I received no notification on the delivery details. Courier just turned up. Luckily I was at home or there could have been a problem. Delivery was quick though. Ordered late Tuesday evening and item was delivered on the Thursday.”

“I ordered 2 Vogue towel rails & valves from UK Bathroom Store. The price was the best I could find online and when I called with questions the salesman seemed knowledgable. Sadly one of the item that arrived was incorrect. I was able to resolve this quickly and they collected and sent out a second item. This time it was damaged! They got it right third time, but by this point it had caused a fair bit of inconvenience having to leave work to take deliveries of incorrect or damaged items. Overall I wasn’t very happy but the team did everything they could to make things right. For this reason they can be caused for there mistakes, these things do happen.”

“Delivery took longer than expected and I had to chase up on where it was. Replies were very quick but had to chase again as it didn’t arrive as the supplier had delivered the wrong colour. But they rectified this quickly and as I had requested they expedited the item. So 5 stars for customer service but 4 stars overall as I had to chase and wasn’t proactive. But thank you for helping me when I did get in touch.”
