“The Supply of this product was quick and efficient. However on opening the delivery box unfortunately the toilet pan was broken into many pieces”

“I was charged on order for an item that was out of stock. I only discovered it was on back order when I emailed them asking where my order was. They gave me the option at that point to cancel or wait with an estimated delivery date. I choose to wait and the item showed up be it a further two days later than the estimate. Why did I have to email them, they should be proactive and why was I charged for an out of stock item? Not impressed...”

“Recently bought a bath shower screen and corner shelves to match. Paid a very competitive price and goods arrived in good condition albeit outside the advertised 3 -5 working days. Very pleased with my purchase which was from a branded supplier and therefore of excellent quality.”

“The items ordered were as expected. However it would have been better if I had been informed that the items will be delivered in two parts by two different companies. DPD delivered the soft closing toilet seat and Palletforce the remainder. Fortunately DPD delivered first and it became obvious that another delivery was to come. Both companies sent incorrect delivery dates and times initially.”

“All good. However the shower enclosure packaging was quite badly damaged, showing that either they, or DPD, hadn't taken much care. The contents were luckily undamaged”

“UK Bathrooms were very competitive on price for the product I required. Although the first shower door was damaged and the replacement had faulty seals, the Sales staff were helpful and resolved the problem to my entire satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use them again.”
