“Great price and quick dispatch. My only gripe is that the delivery is handled by a separate courier and they would not help carry the bath into the house. My wife was out and it was only because my neighbour was around that it wasn’t outside all day- not ideal!!”

“Generally good service on purchasing, although communication about lead times & delivery was a little slow. I had to ring a couple of times to chase up. Pricing is good & I'm sure, once installed, the items will look terrific.”

“This is a bad news/good news story - the bad news was that my new toilet seat was damaged in transit, however the good news is that once I had sent them photographs of the item and packaging, this was quickly replaced with a new item. The person who dealt with my query was personable and apologetic and keen to resolve the problem and so I would use this company again.”

“Very helpful staff. Efficient. Straightforward. But haven’t given 5 due to massively wasteful large box that plug was sent on which must have increased costs unnecessarily & was immediately put in bin.”
