“Didn’t receive my order and had to contact you, was then told I should have a call to let me know there was a problem. I had arranged for my plumber to fit it the day after I should have received it, now of course I have to re-arrange! I still don’t know when I will receive my order! Very disappointed I have not used you before and probably won’t use/recommended your company. Not a good first impression!”

I am sorry to hear that your experience is not as you would have expected it to be. I can see from your order that due to a picking error at the suppliers we were given the wrong product and as such we had to re order the item to get the correct one. My colleague did try to contact you to let you know of the delay but was not successful. We do advise all our customers not to book trades people in until they have received the goods as this can avoid cancellations and charges when an item is damaged or similar issues occur. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this delay has caused you.

I am sorry to hear that your item did not arrived in perfect condition, we do our very best to ensure that all goods despatched arrive in pristine condition, however due to the fragile nature of the goods we despatch there Is always a chance that something can get damaged. If you can send us an e-mail / picture of the issue we should be able to get a replacement with you within 24 hours. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“UK Bathrooms were very competitive on price for the product I required. Although the first shower door was damaged and the replacement had faulty seals, the Sales staff were helpful and resolved the problem to my entire satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use them again.”

“The item I ordered was stated as being in stock and delivery within 2-3 day, which is why I used UK bathroom store. It took nearly 3 weeks for the item to arrive. It turns out they don't stock it and it was coming straight from manufacturer. I had to chase numerous times and never got a call back as promised. Wouldn't use again.”

Apologies that you feel we did not meet your expectations on this order. I have had a look for you and can see the item in questions is not listed as in stock but a special order because of the finish that you have requested. We work hard with our suppliers to keep adequate stock of all items but in the case when something has to be finished in a special order coating we do have to quote longer lead times I am afraid. I will certainly take this up with our suppliers though to see if this can be improved upon.
