“Took 10 day to get a toilet seat delivered and this was only because I emailed and made repeated calls to customer care, who appeares to be the only employee working in several departments and answering the various departments”

Apologies this item took longer than expected to arrive, we do state on this item that it will be 3-5 working days for delivery due to the way the seat is made and I can see from this order that it arrived after 6 working days. We are talking to the manufacturer to see if there is anyway we can speed up the production of the item during periods like this of high demand. I am sorry for any inconvenience the late delivery may have caused you.

“I had no delivery due to the courier service you use. They called to arrange a delivery date, no delivery on that day so I called they assured me it would arrive the next morning, failed again due to the driver being given the wrong number from his office and the courier company not willing to call back with delivery because the driver had left the area. This was totally unacceptable as I had other trades booked in and required the delivery. I purcashed the bath local and requested a full refund.”

We can usually resolve any issues with damages, shortages or incorrect items next day, however we don't appear to have been informed of any issues on this order. “There seems to be an issue with this site and I am unable to highlight 5 stars which this company deserves Brilliant service , was told the product would arrive the next day and it did in the midst of renovating an entire cottage best company I have dealt with so far , wished I had been aware of them earlier and I would have bought more items So thank you for a very impressive Customer Service it proves it can be done !!! i will be back”
