“Everything about the process was straightforward, arrived within expected time. The piece of kit itself is a quality product and fitted nicely into our reduced size loo. The plumbers initially said that it couldn't be fitted and to be fair to UK Bathroom store they were brilliant in their comms with me. Following me putting it into position myself it's now fitted and a great idea. Thanks Tony”

“The kitchen supplier sent the wrong tap, and left me to get it. Thankfully UK Bathroom Store provided a tap at a low price with free next day delivery. Other suppliers charge for this service.”

“Found the product on-line easily. Easy to order and pay for product, and delivery was as promised. Same product could be bought elsewhere (i.e. B&Q or direct from manufacturer), but price at UK Bathroom Store more reasonable.”

“Product was in stock at good price and was dispatched quickly, however the delivery was a shambles. It was arranged for a Friday (before Bank Holiday weekend) delivery and despite promises of delivery by phone during the day , it did not arrive. My customer waited in all day and was not kept updated. Van was apparently delayed on Motorway by an accident but driver (or company) did not bother to call and rearrange. We had to wait till the following Tuesday to speak to them to arrange another delivery. This did come when promised but I lost a days work to not having the goods available for me to install on the Tuesday. Could do better??”

I am sorry to hear that your delivery did not arrive in the expected time frame. The goods were despatched the following day from order and unfortunately the van was delayed due to an accident. The delivering company do call to re arrange delivery but I believe this was delayed due to the complications with the accident. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.

“We ordered a large mirror. Unfortunately it was poorly wrapped and was smashed when we opened it . The box had very little sellotape and opened without scissors. The sides had no sellotape. So , when I walked through the house I notices tiny pieces of glass everywhere. I tried to phone you but you were closed for the weekend. At the moment the mirror is it its box on the bed so I will have to wash the bedcovers and keep hoovering through the house.”

I am sorry to hear that your product did not arrive as expected. This particular product is actually delivered direct to you via the manufacturer and their drivers only deliver mirrors and other fragile items of this kind, as such their breakage rates are extremely small. I can only apologise that this item was damaged when you received it but due to the nature of the product there is always a small chance that this may happen. We can either replace the item for you or provide a full refund.
