“Scam, Scam, Scam. Took the money easily enough but never sent the item and have not responded to multiple emails, also, the tracking ID they gave me is fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.”

“Ordered official Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 25W USB-C UK Fast Main Charger Black on 1st February. 1 week later still waiting for it to arrive. They supplied me with a Royal Mail tracking number which doesn't work. Emailed UK Mobile Store around 8th/9th February to enquire what is happening and where is the charger I paid £15.99 for. Still waiting for a reply. Avoid UK Mobile Store.”

“Poor service as I am still waiting to recive my order of 31 January 2020 despite the Invoice saying that it would be delivered within 1 -3 working days. I sent an email on 12 February asking when I would receive my order but there has been no reply. Where is my order?”

“Ordered a phone case,as a birthday present, and it stated 3-5 working days for delivery. Received order update on the next day which showed Royal mail 48hr service. It arrived 10 days later, after the birthday date, by second class. I sent 5 emails and did not receive a single reply.”

“Please do not order anything with this company. They do not send you your goods. They do not respond to your e-mails nor they respond to there customer care website if you have a query. They say they will respond within 2-3 days and they do not. There phone number does not exist and there is no way to contact them. They take your money and do not deliver the goods. They are a CON Company,they are taking money from people.”
