“Item ordered 31 Jan Arrived 25th Feb, 25 DAYS, and I had to pay Royal Mail extra as not enough postage paid by uk mobile store NO response to email No tracking No communication NO USE AT ALL RUBBISH”

“Poor service. My order hadn't arrived two weeks after the dispatched message. I emailed to inquire about the order but never received a reply. After a further week I had a note from Royal Mail informing me l had a fee of £2.00 to pay on a package that hadn't had the full postage paid. It was from UK Mobile Store.”

“I paid extra for Royal Mail tracking but never received the item or a delivery card, So presumably Royal Mail have now returned my item and I am £10.44 out of pocket.”

“Not a UK product, their not been tested to UK standards. Had to pay £2 import tax, as the item was sent from abroad. Took over a month to arrive and now I can't use it, for fear of starting a fire in my home. No communication returned from UK Mobile Stores, despite several emails.”

“Do not purchase from this company!! I made a purchase in January with delivery in 2 days. I was notified it was despatched 31st January 2021. I have still not received my order and despite several emails to the Company have not had a response either. Today I received a card from Royal Mail informing me that they are unable to deliver my package as the UK Mobile Store had not paid postage. If I want it delivered I need to pay myself. As I am unable to get a response from the Company I doubt I will ever see a refund for the item. Awful Awful Awful”

“I have never came across such a crap service. I did not recieve my item. Emailed 3 times but no reply from UK mobile store. Didnt have any number on the website. Checked my bank account payment where I found the contact number for UK mobile. Called UK mobile and MR Ali the rudest person ever answered the call. Any how eventually agreed to send replacement. After few days it didn't arrived either. called again to ask for refund. Refund never processed and after 20 days I recieved the items and to my surprise UK Mobile didn't pay the postage which I had to pay before I got the delivery.”

“I was very disappointed in the service. The item was late (15 working days rather than the stated and paid for 3-5 working days) with no update from the company. I contacted them by email twice for an update with no response. Finally had to a surplus charge to have it delivered as the company hadn't paid the postage.”
