“Placed order 31st Jan, still not received, tracking doesnt work and no response to emails from me. Am glad order was just a couple of cables. Sadly wont be ordering again”

“Same as a lot of people - money taken , no goods. 5 e mails to enquire why- all ignored. Royal Mail do not recognise the tracking number so must be a false one. Would never buy from these again.”

“The item never arrived and despite informing them using the contacted sheet I have yet to receive a response. They also send a email once the transaction is completed claiming you can track the item, however this does not do what it says on the tin.”

“Items worth £250 not received after several weeks; requested expedited delivery. Emailed several times using contact form and email address - no response. No contact telephone number. Cannot pursue courier for cost (assuming lost) as unclear whether 3 separate orders were despatched together or not. Will be contacting by writing next, then escalate if necessary”

“Never received either chargers, tried contacting the company 5 times, now in the hands of Pay pal for a full refund. I am disgusted as I am a disabled lady that can't leave my house. I never received the chargers I order so can't answer the following questions.”

“Charged for two chargers what I bought and they still haven't arrived nearly three weeks later, tried to contact them last week and they haven't got back to me, I now want a refund or I will raise a dispute with PayPal. Total waste of time, do not buy from this store the review speak for themselves now, if only I seen them before I ordered”

“Please do not order anything with this company. They do not send you your goods. They do not respond to your e-mails nor they respond to there customer care website if you have a query. They say they will respond within 2-3 days and they do not. There phone number does not exist and there is no way to contact them. They take your money and do not deliver the goods. They are a CON Company,they are taking money from people.”

“Haven't received my order have tried contacting via email and the enquiry form on the website numerous times to not get no contact! I've now had to file a dispute with PayPal to get a refund! I'm not happy at all they have my money I have no order absolutely disgusting way to treat customers!”
