“This site is not genuine. The GENUINE Samsung adapters arrived many weeks later. I was unable to get a response via email. They finally arrived and were obviously not genuine and of poor quality. The postage hadn't been paid so I had to pay an extra £2. Fortunately as I had used PayPal I got all my moneies refunded. Do not use this site.”

“Item arrived on time but now really struggling to have an invoice and they don't even reply to me, although I was being very polite. Is it that difficult? Invoice should come with either parcel or dispatch email. Simple!”

“AVOID!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, ITEMS NOT RECEIVED. I DONT USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT THEY ARE SO TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH THAT I HAD TO after over a month, emails are not responded to for weeks, when I finally receive a reply my item is being held by Royal mail as UK MOBILE STORE have not paid postage. £3.50 outstanding on a tiny item that I paid £3.00 postage on already. Item still stuck in post office, no response from uk moble when I request that they pay this amount.”

“UK Mobile Store made a complete mess of my order. It was urgent so I paid more for the 24 hour delivery, however the item was sent by the standard service. When it finally arrived I returned it but had to badger for a refund. Definitely would NOT use again.”

“Scammers. Sold a dud battery at dealership prices. It failed after just one week and ballooned. Ali replied to all messages quickly until the battery was returned to the address he provided. Then no reply until chased repeatedly for weeks and replied to an email with the order number in the subject line with 'send your order number so I can find out what's happening with your order'. Con artists.”
