I bought 2 dresses in the sale Love them both but orange one didn’t fit at bust. Because it was in the sale I got it taken in and is perfect now. Great service and delivery service.

I returned a dress 9 weeks back. Not received any refund. Poor customer service. Chat is not helpful as they say some one will email. Calls, even after holding the line for 1 hour no one answers the call. E mail, gives only automated reply. Not sure how to get the money back. Did not expect such a poor customer service from a company like monsoon.

Ordered a jumper a month ago nothing arrived. After trying to call and numerous emails I have had no choice but to open a dispute with my bank . Really surprised at this company I won’t buy anything again from this company .. I wish had read all the reviews on trust pilot before ordering it would of stopped a lot of stress

I'm still waiting for Monsoon to look into why my rewards cant be used at checkout. This problem started Nov/Dec 2019. Since Feb 2020 the rewards have been visible when I login, but at checkout they cant be applied. I gave been contacting Monsoon since Feb (pre lockdown) and just get excuse after excuse. Now they are just ignoring me and say they are no longer monitoring the trust Pilot site. I question if the rewards still exist. If they are no longer honouring rewards due to the companies financial difficulties then why cant they issue an official statement. Has anyone else had problems?

I have had a problem with Monsoon not letting me use my rewards when I try to buy something online. The problem started in Nov/Dec 2019 when the rewards weren't showing after purchasing items. I ordered again and the same happened. I was issued, they said, a new card but it never arrived. In Feb 2020 I was then told the reward card wasnt linking to my account and the customer service person said they had issued yet another card that would come in the post ( it never has). I was given the card number over the telephone and the pin number I asked the person to make sure this card was linked to my acct. I could now see my rewards. However, when I tried to spend the rewards I got a message saying pin invalid. I emailed and I got a reply with the reward card number and pin. I have tried countless times to use the rewards and still I get a message saying pin invalid, although more recently it has said reward card number is the problem. It is now mid August. Ihave contacted Monsoo countless times. I have been given excuses such as IT are working on a problem with the rewards. This implies they know there is a problem. I've been told 3 times the rewards would work by Friday, so 3 weeks of Monsoon fobbing me off because they have never worked. I have sent numerous emails, most seem to be ignored. I have telephoned numerous times and still the problem hasnt been resolved. At first some of the customer service people at sounded positive, as if they were doing something and they even tried to place the order for me although I think this was because they thought it was my fault and I wasnt doing it right. I have asked to speak to a manager afew times and one customer service person told me she didnt have a manager - WHAT! No management. I've been told head office still arent working, really? The IT people who were supposed to be fixing the problem with rewards apparently now arent working, really? Covid is still being cited as the reason although this wasnt the excuse given during lockdown. So can you believe anything Monsoon say? Emails take at least 2 weeks to answer. When the answer raises another question that takes 2 weeks to answer. I don't believe Monsoon are really trying to resolve the problem, they could issue me with gift card as I have suggested. If they are no longer honouring the rewards why doesnt someone tell the truth and say so. I won't shop with monsoon until they honour the rewards. Reading other reviews on trustpilot it is clear Monsoon don't care about their customers. If they want to stay in business this attitude needs to change - you reap what you sow!

My order number is 80445365 I bought 6 items on monsoon website cost me £186.50 on the 25/6/2020. And on the 27/6/2020 Hermes send me an email that Hermes has delivered my package , I was in my flat all day when I saw the email I quickly run downstairs to see my package, nothing was found anywhere, I did email monsoon but no reply . On the 28/6/2020 I did spoke to one of customer service stuff called Teresa and she did email me back that it will take 10 days working days . I waited waited and waited. I haven’t heard anything about refund .Monsoon customer service is a Ghost story town .My package didn’t come and my money didn’t come back either, you should be ashamed of yourself for your poor service. Monsoon is quickly to take money from you but don’t care of they next step.i am a single mother of 3 kids no job who was just trying to buy some thing from monsoon from the little money I have to brighten my summer 2020 in this corona virus. Monsoon has caused me depression, I am still waiting a response to my numerous emails now today is 41 days without any response. Even Jesus fast 40 days only.They continue to fail to refund me for the 6 items that I have paid for but NEVER RECEIVED. Did not expect this level of cunningness from monsoon, shockingly poor poor customer service. I hope that is not a scam site or scammers.Monsoon people took away all my money, it’s a painful experience with them. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service . I have been in contact with Teresa from monsoon which she keeps telling me that she has send my case to her manager, on the 22/7/2020 the email was send to me saying that they are going to refund my money. Until now 5 August 2020 nothing has be done.I am sure I would have been very happy with these items.But - delivery was arranged through “HERMES ” who arranged a delivery time .Then stated parcel was delivered and signed for. Obviously all total lies, I had been home the whole while .Hermes also used same tactic to send screenshots of the GPS. The sooner firms stop using Hermes the better, hope they go bust so that decent firms can pick up business.

Placed an order with www.monsoonoutlet.com. They tried to take £430 from my credit card. Waited over 3 weeks for delivery. Arrived today. A fake versace hat. No invoice with the package. Definitely not my monsoon bridal shoes. Luckily my bank returned my money so not charged. Avoid this website it needs to be taken down!

I haven’t received a refund for an order which tracking information confirms Monsoon received 6 weeks ago. Phone lines are closed customer service are not responding to emails. I first emailed 20 days ago. Awful service. How can they get away with ignoring customers and not processing refunds? It seems impossible to get my money back. Avoid.

My order has been shipped 8 WEEKS AGO and still HASN'T ARRIVED. I hope that my order will arrive soon (in a week) because Monsoon Accessorize claim in their official e-mail that delay for international orders can take up to 8 weeks. I'm expecting it in a week and if it doesn't arrive I expect a refund for this AWFUL experience :( .

Very, very unhappy with the service from Accessorize online. I recently made a purchase online and was sent the incorrect item. I have been trying to contact accessorize for the last two weeks and have had no response. I will not be purchasing from this dire online service again.

Please avoid ordering online, they cannot handle the delivery or customer service side of their business. They will either send no response or automated messages. Please do not order you will be left disappointed.

I've had a problem with Monsoon rewards that dates back to Oct/ Nov 2019. I spent £100 and no rewards showed on my acct. Contacted Monsoon customer service and told a new card would be issued. No card ever arrived! Dec I spent another £100 plus and got in touch again . Jan I finally got an explanation saying the card number on my card and acct wasnt linked to my acct and they didn't know how this could happen. Finally after several emails I was told a new card was being linked to my acct and the rewards now £20 . I was also told again a new card would be sent. I was given a new card number over the telephone and a pin for the card. New card has never arrived and although the card number on my acct agrees with the one I was given, the pin is rejected when I tried to use the rewards. I wanted to buy a reduced price cardigan but due to the problem with the rewards I missed out on this and it is back to full price. I tried contacting Monsoon numerous times but after 7 days I'm still waiting for a reply. Starting to wonder if rewards actually exist.

Bracelet broke while wearing first time. On closer inspection the beads were held together by string to the gold plated metal chain so perhaps not a great design!! Tights also ripped first time wearing (and they were thick tights not ones you'd expect to rip). Do not seem like quality items! Customer service were also unhelpful and just told me to bring the items back to a store which is a pain for me! Photos should be enough as shouldn't have to go to the store twice just to have your item back or be refunded to end up back in the same place you started with two wasted trips.

Never deal with this company. Gift cards are matured 24 months from date of purchase and not when given. Customer services are just reading scripts. Do not waste your money with this company. All the unused gift cards just line their pockets, you are better giving cash. Other large companies like Marks and Spencers and John Lewis are customer friendly and will help you with gift card problems. Not Monsoon. Will never recommend anyone to purchase or deal with them, as they are just not friendly to customers.

I ordered a size 10 wedding dress, I wear 8-10, the dress came and it was very small, gorgeous dress though, had to return and get a size 12 which fits lovely.

I ordered 4 pairs of earrings and a scarf on wed 18th Dec under the impression all would arrive before Christmas (as stated online) I have so far received only 2 pairs of earrings and nothing else! One pair of the earrings are unwearable (‘Silver Plated Star Hoops’ - cannot get the stem to go inside the hollow part of the earring at all. Twisting my earlobe so I can see behind it and having my arm over the top of my head does not get it in! The star also falls off during this process, nearly lost it down the sink plug hole several times) I have sent three emails and have had no response! Having read these reviews on here I wish I hadn’t bothered. I too have noticed price discrepancies in the shop via online, which I disagree with too. If it’s the same item it should be sold at the same price. Do they reply to these reviews does anyone know?!

Same experience as Anna - bought from a fake site (monsoonoutletsale) and got sent a Dior scarf (presumably fake). Contacted them to ask if there had been a mistake and when I could expect the goods I ordered. Told these were now out of stock and that they would give me the 'maximum' 32% refund!! I have just sent a strongly worded email back demanding a full refund but doubt I'll see any money. Thankfully it was only £50 and not more but not the point. At least I have a 'designer's scarf to sell! :)
