Everything was accurate - delivery, assistance by phone, regular mails to inform us about next steps process… The repair has been done in a fourtnight. The team offered an estimate price and waited for us to confirm our final decision. Thank you so much, Electronic partners! PS! The CD player has arrived with three months warranty!

Returned my item with little or no effort to diagnose the problem, leaving me to look elsewhere. Only good thing was it only cost me the postage. Disappointed!

Although they couldn't repair my Daisy player due parts being unavailable, they were very informative. The only charge was for return it to me at my discretion. Would use them again if needed.

If I had kids, they would just about mean the same to me as my beloved headphones. I thought that when the input jack broke, my production work was over. After searching for help with my watch ( the back cover seemed to loosen after 2yrs) Electronic Partners came to the rescue and tested the watch and fixed the cover so I could charge it properly. So good now I can only praise them for their help, it was much appreciated and I want to thank them. Really professional.

I've used EP before and found them.very efficient. On this occasion they said they could fix my Surface Duo phone which need a new microphone and battery. After I had sent it off they then discovered that they couldn't actually get the parts! Better to have said they couldn't fix this brand of phone in the first place. Logistics were fine and the repair process itself was efficient.

Yes, electronic Partners certainly did the job. I have a pioneer Hi Fi which is 38 years old but needed a bit of TLC. The cassette unit was playing up and it was fixed by you, thank you. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed their electronic equipment repaired.

Electronic Partners did an effective job in replacing the battery on my Sony Walkman. It was unfortunate that it took a month to do this but I accept there were difficulties in sourcing a new battery. The company communicated promptly and clearly to answer my various queries about the repair.
