“Very efficient in keeping the client informed of progress. Repair to high-end CD player 3 months old now with no problems. The invoicing system is very confusing and made it look as if I was paying twice for the same repair. Well pleased overall.”

“Prompt estimate on line followed by speedy contact and keeping me fully informed as to what needed doing. The repair was carried out swiftly and faster than I expected with my goods returned safely by Royal Mail parcel service well and safely packaged and to my delight back in full working order all within two weeks including postal time both ways. Very pleased with the service, the repair and indeed the whole procedure. “Very pleased with the service provided. I did have a concern that any repair would be too the PCB only and the overall unit may still not function. Communication with the customer service team was quick and efficient, however, and resolved my concerns. So far the repaired unit is working perfectly”

“First rate! I sent them a 20 year old MCB .. from an unusual manufacturer( no new mcb exist to be used as replacements).. that had burnt conponents and board that was not working... They examined it... cleaned it.. added some new components and got it working.... it was straightforward to organise and the turn round was quick and exceedingly cost effective... very well worth contatcing.”

“From start to finish EP’s professionalism stood out. Each step clearly detailed their approach to restore my beloved Bose Sound Speaker to life - these are old school and not built anymore! They’ve diagnosed the issue and sourced the parts - it was a bit of a waiting game, but absolutely worth it! My speaker is back banging my favourite tunes as if it were new!! The item was speedily delivered in the same carefully wrapped state as it had been shipped to them! I’m over the moon! Thanks EP!!”
