“I bought a heater of you the nozzle for the gas hose was sticking out of the side of the box the bracket on the back of the fire for the mount wasn't also poking through the box holes had been on purpose the were cut holes no packaging inside the box to protect fire no mount in the box which was part of the deal ignition does not work and if do get it lit in runs approx 1minute and then goes out useless would not recommend it to any one now out of pocket and still no heater”

“False advertising and incorrect pricing everyone makes mistakes unfortunately this mistake lost me work as I had set up to buy the dewalt pin nailer 16gauge package including 2 batteries a charger after inquiring over the phone I put money into my bank to purchase the tools listed when I went back online to buy the price had been changed by £150 after finding out it was wrongly priced followed by an apology from a woman Aiste no further help was provided towards the item I wanted to purchase. As I didn’t have an additional £150 I had to postpone a couple jobs that I needed the following tools to complete and this has resulted in cancellation of work as a young joiner finding his way it has left me stressed as I told the customers I could complete the work if I got a hold of these tools.”

“Pay for item and never get it. Delivery was writing 3 times that will be delivered and later that he missed me. I was at home these days + check cctv cameras. No deliveries ☹️☹️☹️ . Write email- nobody responding. Now dpd writing that returned to sender. Waist of time. Worst service ever.”

“Order wasn’t dispatched with next day delivery despite paying over £10 for it. When contacting customer services they told me they would recall the delivery and get another sent out for next day delivery and they would refund my delivery cost. Excellent, thank you for that. Next day, waited in again all day and goods still didn’t arrive. Had to wait until the following day to contact customer services, who told me they would look into it and get back to me. No telephone call arrived, I called them numerous times that day and the gentleman dealing with it to no avail. I received my order 2 days later and guess what... I’m still waiting for my refund for the delivery cost! Poor!”

“Bit of a scam really - I bought a cordless strimmer which came with a battery but no charger. I'd think it was pretty reasonable that an item which comes with a battery would include the charger if it was necessary. When I voiced my disappointed they suggesteded I read the listing properly next time. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.”

“Don’t use this company. They may be the cheapest but.... I spent £270 on a Makita drill set (£10 cheaper than other suppliers) but when it arrived the picture on the box didn’t match the content so obviously not n original unopened Makita product. The drill developed a fault after a week and after some email exchanges they said they would collect it. I waited in for two days and eventually they said I would have to send it back myself. Then I heard nothing for over 2 weeks so I called them and they said they couldn’t replace it as it was longer than 30 days. After an argument with them they said they would send me a replacement that day. Then they returned the original saying there was nothing wrong with it. Probably just needs replacement brushes but after being used twice??!! Use a proper company and pay the extra £10.”
