“Missing handle, very poor communication. Would not recommend”

“Basically lied to. I ordered a Marita multi tool with a carry case. Well so I thought I got the multi tool in a cardboard box then a massive drill and driver box to go with it. The fact I paid more so that I would have a small box to put the multi tool in.(as shown on the photo) I was disappointed when the box I got was far far to big and didn’t securely hold it. Embarrassing the box still had the driver and drill stickers on it thought I got the wrong order at first. Would not recommend this company”

“This review is not for the batteries but for a job site speaker I recently purchased. DMR203. The box was split and battered it actually looked like it had been used. Opening the box the speaker was not packaged looked like it had been used and also had scuffs and scratches on it. Further more no documents with it and no operating instructions. Also does not work using the batteries just 240 lead which also looked used. Rang them twice and raised 2 tickets with no response. Really disappointed and after this experience would not use them again.”

“Items never arrived and was returned to sender before I could do anything, and only received half of a refund via PayPal as company was unresponsive. Terrible”

“Sent the wrong item, even though I called to notify them that the order invoice they sent was wrong. I then called them to let them know I received the wrong item and they said the correct item would be sent out...it never arrived. I have notified PayPal and this has subsequently been escalated. Uk planet tools haven't replied to any of the correspondance from PayPal.”

“Returned my item over a week ago, still waiting on my refund, they have never acknowledged they have received it. It was received back on Thursday August 11th @ 13.55”

“Ladders were delivered with packaging damage and with parts missing for the stabilisation bar. Contacted the customer service team to ask if they could replace the missing parts after waiting over two weeks for a reply I contacted them again. After emailing and ringing them Replacements were promised but the delivery date has been and gone with nothing received. I rang again on Friday 5th Aug to be told the replacements had been delayed but another set would be sent by Brian after he had checked for stock and he would call me back Immediately, He didn't.”

“Great customer service and fast delivery but the power tool I purchased was absolutely shocking only used it for 6 days and was showing signs of general wear definitely wouldn't recommend the tool for scaffolding not up to the job”

“The service I received I was very disappointed. My order was wrong and when I pointed it out that the item bought had the wrong code on their website, they informed me they would sent a return label which they never sent. I still have the item. My overall impression of my first order is poor.”
