Horrible customer service, horrible product, horrible delivery time. I ordered my sons soccer jersey november 18th and It didnt arrive in time for Christmas just like all other complaints i see below. I wish I saw the complaints first before ordering. The jersey arrived 5 days after Christmas and it had a tear and stitching all messed up on the neck line. My son was devasted. I have emailed back and forth with Sian and it doesnt seem to be going well. Even to offer to resend a new jersey, or accept a return for a new one or a refund. I have taken this to my bank for a claim along with emails to get my money back. Such an embarrassing company. Ive ordered better quality jerseys off Amazon thinking if i ordered and spent a little more money on an actual soccer company , my son was going to get a really nice jersey that will last - GUESS NOT!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered my football shirt on 29th November. They charged my account immediately. 6 weeks later, not a single update. I have written to them, and not received a reply. I even paid for the express delivery (quotes 1-2 days delivery) to make sure the shirt would arrive in good time for Christmas. Sadly my son did not receive this present.

I placed an order with uksoccershop on 27/11/20 and paid £74.48 for two items which were meant for Xmas gifts. I returned from a week away at the end of December to find a note to say the items had been left in my wheelie bin - and he bins had been emptied whilst I was away. I contacted uksoccershop to advise I had not received the items due to incompetence of their delivery and requested a refund. They have responded to ask me why The bins were emptied and if I have spoke to the postman!! I was in holiday! They seem to think it is acceptable to place postal items in a wheelie bin! Shocking customer service. I want my money back. They have stolen my money and I want it back!!!! DO NOT USE this company. They fail to answer the phone and are slow to respond to email and when they do respond are extremely unhelpful. They don’t even sign their emails from an individual- they hide behind ‘uksoccershop’ as a signature. Shocking customer service. AVOID this company. I am still waiting for my money to be returned.

This company is an utter disgrace This company is an utter disgrace. I ordered a personalised top for my nephews birthday and paid express delivery, it took nearly two weeks to arrive (which was then after his birthday). When it did arrived we noticed there was a pluck on the back of the shirt. Not wanting to give a faulty birthday present I got in touch to request a refund. They disputed that there was even a fault with the top, after I sent them pictures and then sent the top back to them at my own expense. It’s now over two weeks since they received the top and I’m still having to email them back and forth. They originally offered me a 10% refund of a £76 order, ridiculous! I thought we had settled on a refund amount and had sent over PayPal details for it however today I have received a random rude message from them disputing the refund amount again. On top of all this, the only communication I get is one email each day between 3-4pm. I reply immediately but them am left waiting. They now have my money and my top. Avoid this company at all costs, they are really sketchy and have the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered!

Order I received was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Basically sent me a top that was the same colour and that was it. Absolute sham of a company

I would like to say that I will never, ever order anything from UKSOCCERSHOP!!! Let me begin by saying that I ordered a Messi jersey for my grandson’s birthday. I waited and waited for it to arrive. As the birthday date came closer, I reached out to UKSOCCERSHOP and was told it was shipped. I responded that we hadn’t received it. They told me to contact the shipping company, which I did. I was told by them that the package had been delivered. I again contacted UKSOCCERSHOP telling them that I had not received anything!!! UKSOCCERSHOP had the balls to say that upgraded shipping had been offered but I had chosen Standard Shipping instead. Evidently, they feel it’s my fault !!!! Furthermore, they plain outright said there was nothing they could do- it was out of their hands. Needless to say, I am furious and out of a lot of money, and my grandson didn’t get the jersey he wanted. I have ordered from companies on numerous occasions and have always picked standard shipping and nothing has been lost. So, if you are planning on buying something from UKSoccerShop, I advise against it. If it gets lost, you will not get a refund, which I never wanted. And, definitely, this company couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction!!!! I think most companies would have shipped out a replacement!!! That is all I wanted- a jersey to give to my grandson for his birthday. Again, stay away from this company. If you are an American, buy from a USA based company!!! Below are questions about delivery, refunds, damaged product, etc. I can’t give a rating on a product never received !!!!

Credit card charged, goods not received, requested refund, they said refunded, it hasn't been. I am still chasing.... Not recommended!

Attempted to order a custom futbol jersey for my fiance and the page froze as I was placing the order. After several unsuccessful attempts, I gave up because the site didn't load yet my debit card was charged $113! I have since called my bank to dispute it since I never received confirmation of an order being placed nor have I've been able to reach anyone regarding this issue. Very disappointed!

I just did business with this company, they advertised free international shipping, however during the ordering process they did not provide it when they shipped my order. They also list items on the site that are not available to ship. Will not be shopping here again.

These guys are liars. What they do are criminal. I ordered a small and I received an extra small. I asked to return the items for a refund because they sent wrong size. They are refusing to refund, saying extra small is a 7-8. This is a lie. The order clearly shows I ordered a small and I sent them a screen shot. They are still refusing a refund.

I bought a Dortmund top from these guys. After three wears the sleeve stitching came away - clearly a manufacture fault as i hadn't spent three weeks at home picking at it. 10 days after reporting the issue their repsonse is "we cannot accept responsibility for this minor defect after a month of wear from your side." Great thanks guys, I must spend another £80 with you (not). You would think like with any other reailer they'd take it back and send it off the Puma. Maybe all their kits are FAKES and that's why they refuse or maybe just couldn't care less once they've got your cash. Either way DON'T USE. I hope they go bust

This is as bad as it gets This is as bad as it gets . Thought I was buying a next day service & here we are over 2 weeks later with nothing. The birthday it was for has now passed. Fully expect to be chasing a refund at some point. I am still trying get in touch but no one replay me. DON'T BUY FROM HERE IS A SCAN.

I ordered items for Christmas 2019... still waiting ... this was their response....BTW it’s now September 2020, maybe I am being unreasonable.... ‘Thank you for getting in touch regarding your order # We do not have a confirmed date for the missing part of your order at the moment. Please note that we chase this every day with each of our suppliers, who in turn chase up with their suppliers. This is an automated process from our side and we will continue to do it until the item is sourced ‘

Impossible to get a hold of. I placed an order for some training pants over a year ago. There was a typo in the delivery address and the courier attempted the delivery. I received an email saying the item could not be delivered because of an incorrect address, and the item would be returned to the original sender half-way across the globe. I immediately called the delivery company to see if the company could stop the return, considering it was in my state already. They said there was nothing they could do, that it would have to go back to Europe. I emailed UK Soccer Shop and they told me because there was an error in the address I was responsible for the cost of the re-shipment. Fine! It was my typo after all, so I paid the $10 to ship it back to the US. They kept giving me the runaround saying that package had not yet arrived. Cut to over a year later, I can't get a hold of UK Soccer Shop, nor have I received the item that I paid for. Never received any kind of refund. If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst experience with any vendor I have ever had. Please do not purchase from them. They are thieves and frauds; hope they go out of business.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier. I've placed two separate orders with them, never received the items ordered, and then had to work just to get my money back. Yes, their website is very appealing because of the wide variety of items they sell. But don't fall for it, you are likely to send them money for items you'll never get. There is a reason they have so many negative reviews. And take a good look at their website - you'll notice they do not provide any contact phone numbers or e-mail addresses, and that is always a bad sign.
