“Impossible to get a hold of. I placed an order for some training pants over a year ago. There was a typo in the delivery address and the courier attempted the delivery. I received an email saying the item could not be delivered because of an incorrect address, and the item would be returned to the original sender half-way across the globe. I immediately called the delivery company to see if the company could stop the return, considering it was in my state already. They said there was nothing they could do, that it would have to go back to Europe. I emailed UK Soccer Shop and they told me because there was an error in the address I was responsible for the cost of the re-shipment. Fine! It was my typo after all, so I paid the $10 to ship it back to the US. They kept giving me the runaround saying that package had not yet arrived. Cut to over a year later, I can't get a hold of UK Soccer Shop, nor have I received the item that I paid for. Never received any kind of refund. If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst experience with any vendor I have ever had. Please do not purchase from them. They are thieves and frauds; hope they go out of business.”

“I wish I had read these reviews earlier. I've placed two separate orders with them, never received the items ordered, and then had to work just to get my money back. Yes, their website is very appealing because of the wide variety of items they sell. But don't fall for it, you are likely to send them money for items you'll never get. There is a reason they have so many negative reviews. And take a good look at their website - you'll notice they do not provide any contact phone numbers or e-mail addresses, and that is always a bad sign.”

“Still waiting on my order that I placed 4 weeks ago. I paid for next day delivery (£18) I have heard nothing from them. Phone number they provide is not in service! Do not order from this site.”

“States 7-9 day standard delivery to USA it has been 45 days with 3 emails no way to track until delivery. Report them to courts and have them permanently closed down I am reporting them. They are common crooks nothing less.”

“This has is a shambolic customer service - firstly I ordered a xsmall men Zidane shirt - paid fully for it on the 23.06.20 only to be advised that they had just sold out - I then had to order the xl boys on the 29.06.20 this was not even dispatched until the 29.07.20 a full month later and only because I requested to be put in contact with the supervisor. This still is not with me in Australia, my son still does not have his birthday present which incidentally was the 16.07.20! This company offers awful service and the customer service can be rude, unhelpful and abrupt> I would strongly advise you use another service!”

“One star is being generous. My son ordered a football shirt and paid extra for 1 - 2 day delivery. 4 days have passed and still no top. Impossible to get in touch via phone and still waiting for a response via email. Absolutely shocking company AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“Total waste of time and money. The product went undelivered. When told about the problem the customer service was essentially non existent. Further to this, we requested a charge back which Uksoccershop contested. Eventually after going through arbitration we won thr case. Bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM Uksoccershop”

“Absolute disgrace. I ordered and paid for a full replica kit for my son's 10th birthday, making the order several weeks before his birthday. Despite all their claims about delivery and service, only half of the kit arrived and just a few days before his birthday. Now, 2 months later, I still haven't received the missing item. No answer on the phone number they publish on their site and despite sending more than half a dozen emails, via their website and directly to one of their "service" reps, I haven't received a single response. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this firm to look elsewhere. I certainly will never use them again and will spread that message to everyone i know.”

“Never order anything from this site. I placed my order a month ago and never heard anything about an update on shipping. After writing a scathing email to their website I got an update saying the package had only now been sent. It’s gonna take another two weeks for it to arrive which would make the whole wait time 7 weeks from the time of order. This site is terrible and everyone should stay away.”

“If I could leave 0 star I would. Paid premium delivery and 6 weeks later I get it. They don’t respond for 3-4 days even after threatening reporting them to fraud department. Stay away please as causes a lot of stress and son’s birthday was 3 weeks ago and was ruined”

“I bought the Pique 19-20 authentic jersey as a gift for my husband and ordered it three and a half weeks before his birthday. Their website says they have great customer service and that they respond within 24 hours. YEAH RIGHT. I had to keep inquiring about the status of my order, and each time, they said they were "sorry for the delays" but offered nothing to ameliorate the situation. I also paid for expedited shipping that included a tracking number. Well I never got the tracking number. And the jersey arrived THREE DAYS LATE, AFTER my husband's birthday. The jersey was also too small. I tried reaching out to them FOUR TIMES over a span of one and a half weeks to either return and/or exchange it for a larger size, they said they do not take returns or exchanges for printed shirts. BUT JERSEYS ARE ALL PRINTED then, so save yourself your money, time, and headaches, and get your jerseys at another company. Great customer service, my ass.”

“Horrible customer service. Never received the item ordered but was charged immediately and am still waiting for a refund. Over a 4 week period of time (shipping was to occur within 7-10 days), I was told multiple times that the order had shipped but a tracking number couldn't be provided. Do NOT order from this company. Ever! If I could give 1/2 of a star I would.”

“I ordered a Greek Club Jersey which the website said was in stock. The website said it would ship in 2 days. After a month of excuses, I put a hold on my credit card charge and the company rejected my order. Don't waste your time with this folks”
