“Would not recommend. Shirt arrived not like the one pictured, with lettering on the back looking like it was done by someone trying the job for the first time, kit came without the socks which I am still waiting for a refund for a month and a half later. Utter rubbish!”

“Charged me for next day delivery then informed me that a “customised” shirt IE with my nephew’s name on back would take 10-14 business days. Their phone numbers don’t work, no one EVER answers. No one EVER replies to emails or the contact form. After 10 days they’ve deleted my account. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do they exist at all?”

“Delivery it take slinger than what mention during the purchase process. Almost 4 weeks since I purchased and not received the order yet. No answer on the phone. No answer on the email”

“Committed fraud on my account, mis-printed a shirt, promised a refund... a month later still nothing! Had to get the police to contact them and credit card provider”

“Ruined Christmas for my son! Promised delivery by 12/24 in time for Christmas. It was being shipped to a vacation address. 12/24 tracking says will be 12/26. 12/26 tracking shows "leaving sort facility" 12/24 with no update for 25,26,27. 12/28 tracking shows "delivery access not available." I leave the morning of 29th and the package is delivered after I left. So there it sits while I'm across the country.”

“Very poor quality. Not even same color. Arrived 3 weeks later than time stated. Ordered 3XL adult for my XL husband. Wouldn’t fit my 17 yr old who wears a men’s medium. No reply to emails etc. wish I read reviews before ordering from this company. I know it will make no impact, but intend to report company to British Trading standards. Their warehouse is located Hamilton, Scotland. They would not take any responsibility.”

“Absolute rubbish ordered middle of November in time for Christmas nothing arrived and it took till 30th December to get a refund (luckily I payed with Paypal) they also stopped answering my emails their name makes you think it's a UK shop but it's not”

“I'm very upset. Not only was the shirt 5 times smaller for my 8 year old nephew, but also the printing was on the front instead of the back. WTF!!!! Ridiculous. I won't be shopping with you again.”

“A nightmare trying to make contact with this company they ignored all my emails and Ph calls I paid through PayPal so I should get my money back but the item I ordered was a Christmas present for my grandson just have to get him something else”

“Really wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered these items...absolute nightmare. Didn’t advise weren’t in stock, totally unreachable and ignore my emails. Lucky I’ve ordered through PayPal so I will now take it up with them and get my money back.”

“Absolute con men. Ordered on November 6th- by December 5th heard nothing, despite sending several e-mails. Registered a dispute with card provider and advised them of this- all of a sudden they come alive, and cancel my order! I assume they just use the money until the bank forces them to return it- not sure why the banks don't blacklist them? DO NOT CALL THEM- Premium charges for the so called customer support(luckily I realised this)- however I reckon that might also be where they generate profits. Avoid like the plague- wish I had researched first!”

“BUYER BEWARE! My credit card was charged as soon as I placed my order. Three weeks later I had no shirt and no news. When I contacted them they told me they did not have the shirt in stock and they were “trying to get it”! Is it legal to charge me for an order they did not even have? When I threatened legal action over this very questionable business practice, my shirt suddenly shipped. They use the worst and probably cheapest shipping company out there. I waited another 4 weeks for my order to arrive (to Canada). I wrote to them to express how terrible their service was and requested some kind of compensation. They never responded. Save yourself a lot of stress and look elsewhere.”

“Been trying to get delivery update phone number permanent unavailable no response to emails.I too wish had read these reviews before hand. Why are they still allowed to use PayPal ?The item was to NBC be a Christmas present.Guesz I’ll have to open dispute through PayPal. Think the star rating should also have a minus value to emphasise his bad some sellers can be”

“Tried to amend delivery charge to cheaper delivery, it changed back in the checkout process. I noticed again and amended it again, it then changed back again when confirming the order. Card billed in full immediately. Tried to contact them - phone number does not work. They haven't responded to multiple e-mails over nearly two weeks. No communication at all, I don't think they have any intention of even shipping the order. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS.”

“I purchased two football shirts for my twin girls, although the shirts received were genuine the personalisation was terrible. Each shirt was printed in different lettering, size, font and colour! (You’d expect white, uniform letters). Numerous attempts to contact UK Soccer Shop for a resolution have been unanswered over two months, both email and PayPal. Do not ruin your shirt with personalisation from UK Soccer Shop, buyer beware!”

“Ordered something on the 2nd nov for my dads birthday which is 23rd....paid in full. Paid for delivery and still no item!! Made contact also threatening to take higher...no reply...waste of time”

“Do not ever order anything from UKSOCCERSHOP. The worst I have ever had in my life as when I ordered 5 items, paid in full and delivery 3-5 days. Contected them twice with no reply and once wrote to them .nothing from them. received the orders 2 week late. Have returned one back and told me monies refunded within 3- 5 days. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven't received the payment.”

“Shame on UKsoccer, bought simple shirt available and in stock first week of September, in a few days November starts, nothing no update no feedback just nothing, don't buy from uksoccer it's all from china, better buying from china site = quicker delivery.”

“Worst ever online sports company . Waited nearly a month for item after paying 2/3 day delivery , I think I only eventually received item when I said I was going to take matters further ! Called many times and got automated reply saying this service unavailable please try again later , supposed to be 24/7 service I tried at all times to no avail . I also emailed many times and recieved no reply !!! Avoid like the plague , this company is rubbish .”
