“Have just had to report to trading standards..ordered an item over 5 weeks ago...nothing received, no updates, no replies to emails and there phone number doesn't work. Awful company - would not recommend!!”

“Currently having an argument with them, phone number on website doesnt work, ordered a pre printed shirt 20 days ago still not here. Say no refund due to being printed. Going to Trading Standards in the morning.”

“Ordered Jersey from California. It took forever to arrive. They sent wrong size and then refused to correct their error. No refund. I can’t exchange because shipping back from USA to UK would be too expensive. They refuse to even a knowledge wrongdoing.”

“Awful! Order placed at the beginning of December. It eventually arrived at the beginning of January. I admit that I live in Hong Kong but use the regular post to send things to/from the U.K. and this normally takes a week. No tracking available! Two sweatshirts arrived on January 4th, one in the correct size and one in the incorrect size. Also, the initials were printed on the front instead of the back???! Raised the issue of the incorrect size immediately. They asked for photo evidence which was provided. Since then the only response has been "we're checking". Checking what I don't know. No offer of a refund, to correct the order. Just nothing. Total lack of follow up.”

“Please refrain from shopping here! They take your money and simply never deliver. They advertise items as in stock but in reality all are on 'back order' with lead times of weeks or even months. Customer service is non-existent and if you do get a reply it is of no help whatsoever. This is not a good place to shop so buyer beware!!”

“FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! This company takes your money knowing very well that orders cannot be fulfilled! Items are listed as available yet item not dispatched after 2 week and email and phone are non existent!”

“Would not recommend. Shirt arrived not like the one pictured, with lettering on the back looking like it was done by someone trying the job for the first time, kit came without the socks which I am still waiting for a refund for a month and a half later. Utter rubbish!”

“Charged me for next day delivery then informed me that a “customised” shirt IE with my nephew’s name on back would take 10-14 business days. Their phone numbers don’t work, no one EVER answers. No one EVER replies to emails or the contact form. After 10 days they’ve deleted my account. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do they exist at all?”

“Ruined Christmas for my son! Promised delivery by 12/24 in time for Christmas. It was being shipped to a vacation address. 12/24 tracking says will be 12/26. 12/26 tracking shows "leaving sort facility" 12/24 with no update for 25,26,27. 12/28 tracking shows "delivery access not available." I leave the morning of 29th and the package is delivered after I left. So there it sits while I'm across the country.”

“Very poor quality. Not even same color. Arrived 3 weeks later than time stated. Ordered 3XL adult for my XL husband. Wouldn’t fit my 17 yr old who wears a men’s medium. No reply to emails etc. wish I read reviews before ordering from this company. I know it will make no impact, but intend to report company to British Trading standards. Their warehouse is located Hamilton, Scotland. They would not take any responsibility.”

“Absolute rubbish ordered middle of November in time for Christmas nothing arrived and it took till 30th December to get a refund (luckily I payed with Paypal) they also stopped answering my emails their name makes you think it's a UK shop but it's not”

“I'm very upset. Not only was the shirt 5 times smaller for my 8 year old nephew, but also the printing was on the front instead of the back. WTF!!!! Ridiculous. I won't be shopping with you again.”

“A nightmare trying to make contact with this company they ignored all my emails and Ph calls I paid through PayPal so I should get my money back but the item I ordered was a Christmas present for my grandson just have to get him something else”

“Really wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered these items...absolute nightmare. Didn’t advise weren’t in stock, totally unreachable and ignore my emails. Lucky I’ve ordered through PayPal so I will now take it up with them and get my money back.”

“Absolute con men. Ordered on November 6th- by December 5th heard nothing, despite sending several e-mails. Registered a dispute with card provider and advised them of this- all of a sudden they come alive, and cancel my order! I assume they just use the money until the bank forces them to return it- not sure why the banks don't blacklist them? DO NOT CALL THEM- Premium charges for the so called customer support(luckily I realised this)- however I reckon that might also be where they generate profits. Avoid like the plague- wish I had researched first!”

“BUYER BEWARE! My credit card was charged as soon as I placed my order. Three weeks later I had no shirt and no news. When I contacted them they told me they did not have the shirt in stock and they were “trying to get it”! Is it legal to charge me for an order they did not even have? When I threatened legal action over this very questionable business practice, my shirt suddenly shipped. They use the worst and probably cheapest shipping company out there. I waited another 4 weeks for my order to arrive (to Canada). I wrote to them to express how terrible their service was and requested some kind of compensation. They never responded. Save yourself a lot of stress and look elsewhere.”
