“Do not ever order anything from UKSOCCERSHOP. The worst I have ever had in my life as when I ordered 5 items, paid in full and delivery 3-5 days. Contected them twice with no reply and once wrote to them .nothing from them. received the orders 2 week late. Have returned one back and told me monies refunded within 3- 5 days. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven't received the payment.”

“Shame on UKsoccer, bought simple shirt available and in stock first week of September, in a few days November starts, nothing no update no feedback just nothing, don't buy from uksoccer it's all from china, better buying from china site = quicker delivery.”

“Worst ever online sports company . Waited nearly a month for item after paying 2/3 day delivery , I think I only eventually received item when I said I was going to take matters further ! Called many times and got automated reply saying this service unavailable please try again later , supposed to be 24/7 service I tried at all times to no avail . I also emailed many times and recieved no reply !!! Avoid like the plague , this company is rubbish .”

“Ordered a football shirt in August. Got sent the wrong size. I returned the item immediately for exchange for a larger size. By the middle of September I was alarmed that they hadn't replied to my email asking for a update. I then went onto review sites and read about how bad they are. The same was on their social media sites. Nothing but complaints. I opened a claim on PayPal for a refund. As soon as I did that, they sent me a email saying that they couldn't process the order whilst I had a PayPal claim against them and they said that the order was ready for delivery to me. So like a fool, I believed them. This was on October 1st. Since then I've heard nothing, no email replies or replies to my messages on their social media site. If I had known about how bad they were I would never of ordered from them in the 1st place. Its shocking to me that they can still trade despite the fact that they are obviously fraudulent. I will now have to look into taking legal action to get my money back. My advice to those who read this is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM UK SOCCER SHOP...you will regret it. I've uploaded a screenshot from there website which claims that they respond to emails within 24 hrs! Haha they are unbelievable.”

“Great shirt. Definitely authentic (I’ve bought all BVB Puma kits for 6 years and crests, fabric, etc. are all legit) Delivery took 3 months but that’s because of postal services. Their Customer Service took ages to answer to my queries.”

“DO NOT GIVE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY YOUR MONEY! I wish I read these reviews before paying good money for items I didn't receive. Apparently my parcel was delivered but yet I still don't have it. When I asked for proof of delivery signature, I stop hearing back from seller. Karma is all I can say!!”

“Stay away!!! Fraudulent company. Got totally ripped off with one of three items arriving with no explanation, no warning and of course no refund. After I’ve read all the reviews here, I realize we have little chance of getting our money back. These people should be closed down”

“You really want me to share my feedback? Your customer service is terrible. Emails that take forever to be responded to and a phone number which doesnt work. I ordered and paid for 2 shirts and only recieved one. Am still awaiting a response as to where the second one is. Despite the fact i wanted to cancel the order and get a refund due to them not arriving in time. They were needed for my friends funeral. Which is now a week ago. This is also despite the fact that i paid 2 lots of £5 delivery for 1-2 day delivery an option which was given to me at check out . This option should not have been available to me at check out if there was no way it would have been delivered within this time frame. !! One order is showing as rejected yet money for 2 shirts and 2 lots of delivery charges still taken from my account without a proper explanation or response as to why you have taken £10 in delivery charges if you were not able to meet the delivery target made available to me at check out . My requests to cancel order return orders have been ignored. Quite frankly your service is diabolical and unless i get my money refunded with immediate effect i shall leave this feedback everywhere . I shall not be recommending you to anyone . You should not be selling online unless you have adequate customer services which you do not and therefore your claim on the website saying "supeirior customer service " is nothing more than pure lies and and could quite possibly go under the trade description act given that the quote goes alongside a phone number which gives nothing but a "currently unavailable " message everytime you try call. I have taken screenshots photos of the dropdown box with the delivery options made available to me and have kept reciepts emails etc and will now be going through paypal to claim my money back from you and am also sending all of this to trading standards. Enjoy your feedback”

“I bought a jersey through a marketplace and had to ship it back to them as it was too big (I paid for the return). Not only did they apparently not receive the products but I had to send many messages and threaten them to finally get a (negative) answer. Appealing customer service overall. I was going to purchase another one in the right size but decided I'd rather just not even buy it anymore.”

“I’ve got mixed feelings about UKSS. I ordered a BVB kit in 2014 with them, and it was delivered relatively fast, and the shirt was undoubtedly not a fake. Excellent service. But this time I ordered another BVB kit on Aug 4, and as of Sept 11 it has still not been delivered. This may be a Postal Services issue for sure (item was sent and I received a Tracking No.), but the fact their CS is ignoring my emails worries me a little bit, and all the negative reviews I’ve seen about UKSS are only worrying me even more. Maybe UKSS was a very good provider in the past but they became absolutely worse now.”

“PLEASE DO NOT USE !!! PLEASE DO NOT USE !!! may look like the best variety and selection online BUT TAKE HEED do not order from these worst Customer service Ever !!!!!!!!! Sent for order ! Arrived=missing 2 training tops informed uk soccer shop there reply was the items have been scanned and sent ? You have received the parcel ? Yes i did missing 2 training tops value £87.98 Set up dispute with pay pal There are siding with shop on this as Delivered ??? No body denying a parcel tracked arrived but it was short of 2 tops ! I have asked for the post lable weight from royal mail as i have the very small bag and 1 item only so another 2 top would never fit in the size They also do not send a delivery note so you can't check I have used this company many times though out the years not always plain sailing with them but this is the last straw ! And i will make sure people can make there own minds up Of who is telling the truth here! I also will be in forming trading standards , And small claims court , Who's word would you take on A poor service and diabolical blatant dishonest approach to trading ! So who do you believe i have proved myself , Shaun Gettings MBE P.s. in future Kitbag i would recomend !”

“I ordered a football top for my husbands birthday, but it never arrived! I emailed them, but got no response. I tried to call them, but the phone number doesn't connect. I am now trying to get a refund through PayPal. Never try and order anything from UK Soccer Shop, because they are definitely criminals trying to steal your money.”

“Ordered 2 football shorts. One was delivered. No communication regarding the 2nd. Went online and it said the product was out of stock. Requested refund. One month later still not received refund or any communication from vendor. Terrible”

“Awful customer service. Ordered a product 3 weeks in advance and was told 3-5 day delivery. It didn't arrive after two weeks so I called and phone line does not connect ever (tried 10 times) Emailed and Biju repied that my product would arrive on time. It didn't and now they have ignored all my emails asking for a refund of postage for the poor service provided. Even after saying I would post bad reviews if I dint get a reply I still have not had a reply. Avoid this shambles if you want something to arrive on time.”

“I can only echo the vast majority of negative reviews . Impossible to get any response from the firm and product simply keeps showing “ pre-ordered “ I assume this is a fraudulent company as the telephone number shown for customer service is unobtainable”
