“I purchased an Adidas jersey for my son last summer. I ordered a Large and UKsoccershop sent me a shirt labeled US Large. This summer I ordered another Adidas jersey in a Large. This time, they sent me a Medium and said that they refused to return it because a US Medium is a UK Large, despite the fact that Adidas sizes their shirts on the US system. They refused to do anything to remedy the situation. I will never buy anything from this shop again!”

“My order, #XXXXX is apparently in a Pre-Order status. Why? None of the items ordered stated that they were back ordered in their product description. I paid for the 2nd day delivery because I’m taking my son to two games...soon. How can they guarantee that this won’t happen again in the future if I purchase through them? If other items are ready to ship then ship them & don’t expect me to pay for an additional shipping cost due to the lack of communication on your end regarding product availability...ship them. In other words, don’t sell items you do not have in stock. I’d hate for this to be the 1st product review for the 2019-2020 Barca shirts, but it will be shortly if this issue is not remedied in a timely fashion. Cheers, Matt”

“Without doubt, UK Soccer Shop is a fraudulent company. Indeed, any positive reviews you find on Trust Pilot are guaranteed to be fake; created by the same imbeciles profiting from YOUR hard earned money. Look elsewhere on line. There are thousands of people sharing their stories as to how this company ripped them off. Here's my own: I ordered a jersey which UK Soccer Shop's extremely convincing website flagged as "available now." I selected the jersey, put it in the cart, and chose "Next Day Delivery" via DHL. With the promise of a tracking number I logged onto my account that evening and it read "processing." I gave it to the next morning where it read "processing." Yet another day later, having not received my shirt as promised, I checked again: "pre-ordered." Is this really a company you want to be dealing with? Please check elsewhere on the internet for reviews and stories regarding UK Soccer Shops horrific abuse of consumer trust. Do try phoning their customer service number and hear for yourself that they are only their to take your money. Nothing more. Purchase your merchandise straight from the club or authorised provider.”

“I ordered a football shirt based on the previous good reviews that I had seen about this company on another review site. Paid for premium delivery, received processing email then heard nothng else. No shirt which was a gift from a group- so now I am £80 out of pocket as I will have to but this again. No customer service, no telephone service connected, no answering of emails. I am informing Trading Standards. Do NOT use this company.”

“I canceled the order the same day I placed it, because I bought it for someone and they went and bought the same item in Central London. I tried to call them and emailed them but no one answered or returned my call up to this day. I even emailed simon@uksoccershop.com, but no one responded, so I'm stuck with the item that I paid £80.24 for and it's no good to me. The authorities should revoke there retail license...bastards.”

“Appalling company,selling items they don't have in stock. They don't answer the phone,reply to emails and give an automated reply via twitter and impossible to cancel order. It's now been 7 weeks since item purchased and still nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“for the 3rd time in a row I been charged for an item that they do not available ,Customer care does not answer my email ,twice, a refund is written that processed,still waiting for it 15 days later. Very unhappy in situation I been some sort of regular customer.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY Paid nearly £50 for a Kids footy shirt with around £9 for next day delivery, didn’t receive anything for three days, then when I received the parcel I got a old Barcelona shirt (with Henry on the back...hasn’t he retired?) and a tshirt featuring Ronaldo at Real Madrid...really?! He doesn’t even play for them! Sent an email had no reply, sent another and got a reply saying my order was damaged (yeah right) and what I received were mystery gifts. My 9 year old was NOT impressed on his birthday. Emailed and called with no reply. Am now reporting to my credit card company as fraudulent! WANT A FULL REFUND.”

“Liars and con artists. quote 2-3 days for delivery and then send different details on confirmation. 2 weeks later try to deliver a the item that was no longer requires. dont respond to customer emails and dont have a phone number”

“had purchased a sports top on the website and realised the top is not suitable for me and tried to cancel within a few minutes of purchase but customer service number no longer exists.Tried cancelling via their customer service email address but still got no response.I had to take out a paypal dispute and eventually got my money back.Never again.”
