“I recently bought a full coverage foundation, full coverage concealer, mascara, and the rose gold eyeshadow palette. I have been searching for a long time to find a foundation that not only matched my skin tone but also wasn't heavy nor look cakey. Ulta did just that. Not only is the foundation, and concealer, light-weight but also looks really natural yet covers all blemishes. As far as the two-faced better than sex mascara, one word: perfection. It is now my staple for makeup. I don't leave home without it. Also, the rose gold eyeshadow palette is really beautiful. There is an equal amount of both matte and shimmer shades and they are super pigmented which is nice. I have not had any problems with the Ulta brand makeup so far and am very pleased. I also appreciate the little gifts they throw in. I got a variety pack which included some lipsticks, bronzer/brush, and a perfume. All of which I love and plan to buy (as soon as I use up all my other products). Thank you Ulta!”

“The beauty salon just cancel’s appointments with out notifying the customer. If the stylist is out or is no longer working at their company. So if I wouldn’t have looked to see when my next appointment is, I would have showed up to these appointments. I am furious, horrible customer service.”

I go into the store and there's three people working but they're so busy on their phones and tipping out the hair people that they can't find someone to come to the pickup window for an order I already ordered online to save time being in the store. I then told her I lost my Mac fix compact powder, she said she would match me, took one tester put it lightly on my neck and said. PERFECT When I got home it was so wrong, i feel like if employees are going to walk around under the pretext of experts they should be able to do the basics”
“I returned some items yesterday, and the customer service from the lady behind the counter was awful!! First she start looking up my return, then walked away and started talking about getting a break, and I had to tell the supervisor that the lady was working with a customer and should not be talking about breaks. When she came back, she said “I didn’t walk away from you, I was waiting for my computer to load your information “. What a bunch of BS, you walked away from me lady! Second she tried to tell me the item I was returning was not used, someone just opened it in the store to look at it. Umm NO, it was opened and used, because there was hair in the curling iron!!! On top of it all, the lady was training someone else. That poor soul, can’t imagine the training she is getting from someone who puts words in the customers mouth, walks away from the customer, and is more concerned about a break!! The Supervisor at least came over and apologized for not seeing me initially and not realizing the clerk was with a customer.”
“I got Alexa I don’t know if her dog died that morning or watt she refused to cut my hair. I had a picture and she said that she would not do it. She was rude. She has no manners and then she just stood there and watched me you could see the reviews for Alta, they’re not great. Alta is the last one that anybody goes to was the last one for me I’ll never go there again.”
“Applying for credit at checkout is a joke. They just don't want to give anyone the 20%off when you apply at checkout stating "they need more information." I just bought $112k Escalade, own 3 homes, own out right free and clear Harley Davidson, and an 807 credit score, but " they need more information." Ummm...plenty of other places to shop, and I will! I will NOT set foot in their stores, will not order online, and WILL post this review.”
“I received a promo email stating if I spend $50 I would get a free gift. I usually just go into the store but thought I would do this offer. I ordered 4 items, received 2 and didn't receive the free gift. I notified them immediately. Was told they will not send me the free gift but I would get my 2 missing items. Here it is a month later and I have not received my missing items nor a refund. I will not be ordering online anymore.”

“I went to my account and tried to placed an order probably a month ago, keep in mind I have always do online ordering due to me living far away from an actual store, well I couldn't, tried to explain the representative on the phone that that was really odd since I have at least 30 orders delivered to my adrees on the past, well long story short I couldn't placed my order,and just came back to check on my dollars rewards to be expired!! When do they start with that!!!?? I will promise I won't be buying anything else from ulta, bad service and the rewards now expired, awful.”
“I previously reviewed this card, but it got even worse. After i paid the late fees i was illegally charged on a paid off and closed card, i asked the CSA to assure me that i would never be charged another thing or hear from Ulta ever again. She said i wouldn't. I came back from a trip and i had a letter from Ulta that had charged me $2 in integer and a late fee on top of it. I've never had a worse experience with a company or a card in my life. It's exploitation, there's no other word for it.”
“PAID $27 to get eyebrows waxed. Face was burned by the wax. I have had MANY wax treatment and have never had this happen. Horrible experience doubt I will be back.”
