“Customer service excellent. My mattress topper was lovely - very good quality - unfortunately I found I am not good sleeping on something so giving and had to return it - the lady emailing me was helpful and Polite and quick to respond.”

“Having recently returned from abroad and all my belongings "held captive" in storage I am in furnished rented accommodation on a very hard, solid mattress which is killing my back. I did some research online and came across Una. Being sceptical, I assumed the mattress topper I ordered would be returned within the 100 night trial, but, I can safely say that my back loves the topper and I am getting a good nights' sleep most nights, if not, it has nothing to do with the mattress... I am happy with my Una mattress topper.”

“We've had our two mattresses for several months now and we are as pleased with them now as when they first arrived. Very comfortable! Although one of the mattresses we received was incorrect, the company replaced it with great speed and courtesy.”

“Very comfy, best mattress I’ve ever had. Excellent customer service. You can change the softness to suit, also the layers under the topper are split into 2 so you can have a different level of softness on each side of the bed and you can’t feel where they meet so it’s as if it’s all 1 piece. Does sag slightly over time but this is what happens to ALL foam based mattress and hasn’t affected the comfort. I wouldn’t buy anything else and highly recommend. I’m never going back to a sprung mattress!”
