Ordered a present two weeks ago. No evidence of the order even having been processed, no replies to my emails and noone ever answers the phone at customer service. Will ve cancellling my order and asking for a refund.

Brought 2 backpacks (Hustle Pro and Hustle 5) from Under Armour website on 27 November but the order is not shipped after 10 days. Contacted customer service only said they will ship asap. All my items from Amazon arrived so don't use to excuse of carrier logistical issue. Wish the items come before Christmas.

After a promise delivery date of some sweet, purple women's training shoes of 11/3, I waited a week. I then chatted with a "Baby Boy E" who said he verified it hadn't moved at the fedex location and that he would cancel and rush me a new pair. A week later, I tracked them and it still hadn't moved from the location it was at and the new pair was also never ordered. They said it was a stolen package and they could not rush a new pair. Then why say that? After being put on hold twice, they returned to say they couldn't do that either because my size was no longer available. Fine, refund me, but horrible service. Also, this is not verified, but my debit card also had fraud on it in the middle of all this. My guess is someone stole my shoes and my card.

Absolutely horrendous shipping standards. They take months longer to ship than advertised, with no explanation, they just keep pushing the date. The Better Bussiness Bureau should audit them, they are misleading people with false information.

I purchased 2 hoodies for my son and within 2 weeks they are falling apart at the front pocked. Im a single mom i work my butt off. I bought them because i thought they would last. I got them online off of Kohls and i didnt keep the original packaging so i cant exchange them its sad. I feel like i have been ripped off.

UA has out sourced most of its customer service, they do not return your messages . Shipping and getting an order processed takes weeks from start to finish. Business Fundamentals they have forgotten !" it will cost them bottom line

24ounce water bottle dominate rusted in about three months total rip off tried to call customer service to complain and they just kept transfer me to a number no one answers!!! Just feel like for 30 dollars shouldn't rust in a couple months! I have other steel water bottle at least five years old not one trace of rust!!!! Place sucks!

Ordered msks over two weeks ago because my work mandated make again. They were shipped and estimated delivery as three days ago and my tracking number, which I had to fight with them to get, says it's still in process to he delivery service. I will never order again from UA. Once I told them that they disconnected the live chat and didn't try to make it right.

This is my first experience buying something from Under Armour and it will be my last. I purchased a mask to use because I had an upcoming flight. I’ve used a number of masks since the pandemic started but a friend of mine told me the Under Armour was the most comfortable one he has tried. I figured I’d give it a try. After not receiving a update for when the item was shipped because I paid for priority mail I called customer service. It was in their system but there was no movement in their warehouse. I wouldn’t order or trust Under Armour if you want anything to arrive on time.

I have no problem with your item quality, but I have a problem with your customer services for instance last week I have an order which must be delivered on a specific day, but the carrier has changed and reschedule delivery day more than once. I chatted with the customer service center online hope they will solve my problem by either expedite the delivery process or refund, but the agent I was talking to who name Amy G just told me we can't refund you without explaining to me why finishing the chat window by having a nice day and disconnected the chat from her end. Excuse me, what type of customer service is this leaving your customer at loose end with no answer, also not committed to the delivery date as stated on your website. I am very disappointed and will no longer do business with you guys and will not recommend your service to anyone I know.

Absolutely terrible!!! I ordered clothes for my race 2.5 weeks and it still in transit because they used the cheapest economy basic shipment method. I called and first representative put me on hold for 20 min to check without even asking order number and second representative just keep saying things I already know and absolutely not trying to help me to get clothes for my race in two days !!

Done with under armor due to using non resilient fabric on your running shoes. Holes appear with marginal contact with anything.

Ordered shoes after two weeks I called and was told they were out of stock. I would have hoped they would have told me this when I ordered instead of accepting the order and charging my PayPal account.The lady I called was rude and not helpful!

Defective face mask reported two months ago. Two emails with photo ignored. Finally called and was told a replacement would be sent. Nada. Called again on April 23. Told would be sent and would arrive on April 27. Still waiting. Another call today got same response: A replacement will be sent. (Yeah, right.)

Under Armour=A bunch of thieves! No response when it comes to refunds. Finally when they do reply, they beat around the bush to try to get away with not needing to help by hoping that the customer will firget about it. Under Armour does not know the basic sales rule- Be nice and cortious to clients! Shame on you! Terrible service!

Customer service is horrible. You request to speak with a Supervisor and you either get Hung Up on or they tell you the supervisor is going to tell you the same thing i'm going too as if they with in the White House or something. Disappointing. Back to NIKE i go

I bought some Under Armour socks and all I can say if you like non stop lint they are for you. Worst socks I ever bought.

While the sports shoes were comfortable, disappointingly both soles exhibited severe cracking - clearly poor quality material. I have twice contacted the company for comment but have not received any response. I can see why UA is incurring major losses and rapidly declining sales.
