I bought this jacket, and the first day I used it on the rain it stained as per pictures. When I asked for a refund the answer I got from Uniqlo was: "We can understand the frustration caused, unfortunately, as these marks are caused by the natural characteristics of the feathers this would not be deemed as faulty. We would like to remember you that lightweight jacket are added water-repellent coating that repels only light rain." The product is faulty, Uniqlo knows is faulty and will not refund me.

Hi, purchased men's wind sheater from Cyberhub Gurgaon. After wearing just two times, it's pocket lining tore from the bottom due to bad quality of cloth/stitching. When I tried to get it changed from Vasant Kunj Mall outlet, they simply refused and asked me to go to Cyberhub. One cannot expect such bad quality or service from a brand like Uniqlo. Really disappointed.

It has been over a month since I sent a return and still not received my refund. The emails I receive when I complain about this are rude and dismiss it is clearly considered standard for it to take this long. Awful service!

For all you dissatisfied customers - Tadashi Yanai is a Japanese billionaire businessman, the founder and president of Fast Retailing, of which Uniqlo is a subsidiary. In June 2019, he was ranked as the 31st richest person in the world by Forbes, and the richest man in Japan, with an estimated net worth of US$24.9 billion.

Uniqlo has an option to use GiftNow. If you use GiftNow, they will apply an estimated tax base on the highest sales tax in the country, with that honor belonging to California (12%). The tax is applied regardless of whether your state charges sales tax on clothing or not. If the recipient lives in a state where no sales tax is charged, the recipient receives the tax amount in the form a gift card. This is done without your prior approval. So if you send someone a gift costing $200 you will inadvertently give the recipient an extra $24. If the recipient never redeems the gift card, guess what? Uniqlo benefits from the unused amount.

The return service is terrible! The size is ridiculously big! I bought multiple items for my family and just some of them fit. I live in Michigan without any store, and I need to pay the shipping cost. I want to return some items from different orders and hope I could combine many orders in one return package with a fee of $7. But after reading their policy, seem like they just give 1 shipping label per order. I have 10 orders with just $10-$20 per order and with the return fee, I don’t have the incentive to return any more and keep the useless items instead! They also require the recipe to get the full refund for each order but honestly I cant keep track of all of the receive to

They are affiliated with Fedex which is notorious for poor delivery service. They have a poor system of "reviewing" return orders and issuing the customer their money back. Shop with caution.

I would give zero stars if I could. BEWARE! This company is questionable in terms of fraud. Suggest to totally avoid this company. I tried to purchase a gift for someone from the website and got warning messages from my security system.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have been a long time customer but lately their service has become worse and worse. The last one being, I placed an order over a month ago for in-store pickup. The fed-ex number showed the items were delivered but the status was always showing in-transit. My credit card was charged and no one from customer support was giving us any information outside of canned responses. The final straw was today, after complaining about only receiving canned responses for over a month, they decided to just cancel our order without our go-ahead. Thanks for nothing.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered two Airism camisoles. They smelled like ammonia! I tried airing them out, but couldn't. They were made of bemberg silk, so apparently, ammonium is part of the manufacture process. Customer service said that "they were defective", didn't suggest any remedy, and I returned. They then refused to fully refund the shipment, after promising in writing to refund the return shipping, too, so I had to email multiple times to get that back. Then, I had to file a PayPal dispute to get the last $4.63 back (the shipping to me) and PayPal decided the case in my favor, then closed the dispute, preventing any uploading of documents, then reversed itself because documents were not uploaded, and took my cash (charges were all by credit card) out of my account. Now I have to spend even more time fixing this. PayPal's not doing good service either, obviously. Wish I had never bought anything from Uniqlo and will never buy anything again.

Called as Hermes delivery didn't happened. I kept receiving emails from Hermes saying that they would deliver between whatever time and it never happened. Then an email saying that the delivery has been delayed and the same happened the following days. Contacted Uniqlo and have been told that I couldn't cancel my order and I might not be refunded. This, the operator said, was in the terms and conditions. I don't have my order, Hermes keeps on not delivering it and I might not be refunded. Lets see. I will certainly not let of of this.

This product contains the biocide zinc pyrthione to prevent growth of odour causing microorganisms. Why didn't you tell this on your site? Do you think I want chemical biocides on my body 24hr a day??? I want a 100% refund.

Another horrible experience at Uniqlo (I had no idea they were receiving such bad reviews, should have checked here before purchasing)! After having spent over $500 at Uniqlo (Yorkdale Mall) yesterday (Nov. 16, 2019), I returned today to purchase a few more items and to exchange a couple of wool sweaters that turned out to be too big. Having bought size Medium sweaters from the company before, I figured I didn't have to try them on. Uniqlo refused to exchange the size medium for size smalls simply because I didn't bother to bring the tags with me - even though I had the receipt. This is the first time I heard of this policy, and they didn't bother to mention this significant detail a when explaining their exchange and refund policy. I explained to them that I live about 2 hours away, but Uniqlo would not budge. I had the same situation at ZARA (I was returning their down coat to buy Uniqlo's seamless down coat, and I had no issues at ZARA). Note: Most retailers do returns / exchanges with just the receipt. I've been a loyal customer of Uniqlo over the years, and to be treated so poorly and with such disrespect was very jarring!! I will not support this company again, ZARA will get my business. It's particularly disappointing, because Uniqlo is a Japanese company, and having spent time in Japan, I am cognizant of the the Japanese values of honour, integrity, respect and excellent service. Uniqlo is a total disappointment for representing the Japanese. I hope they lose business and fail in Canada!! Never buying another item from you again!!!
